Also I'm always surprised by how many people still, in the year of our Zealand 2024, use their phones to record their monitors.
At this point an option to to screen record is natively installed on most computers through the Windows Game Bar.
I can understand when you want to get rid of as much of Microsofts stuff as possible, but if you are at that point, you also know what obs is.... lol

I used to have a load of bicycle kick goals in FM12 I think. Playing with Man United, near post corners were so OP that game, Phil Jones had like 30/35 goals a year of which easily 5 were bicycle kicks. Since then, never had one again.

The funniest thing to happen to me was FM14, playing as Man Utd. Won 4-0 with Rio scoring 4 headers from corners. Every corner I thought 'he can't do it again' but he did. Felt like a glitch in the matrix.
Those are the kinds of matches you just don't want to end. When they do you're hoping the player carries the form straight into the next match lol
My personal highlight was the 0:2 by Heidenheim against Greuther Fürth last season. Absolutely hilarious

The Norwegian keeper who scored actually scored a goal from a corner in the last minute of a game to equalize vs Tromsø two years ago. His name is Mads Hedenstad Christiansen
I don't have a clip; this was more than a decade ago on FM11, but I remember my Chelsea side with Manuel Neuer in goal. He made a save while rushing out and SLID OUTSIDE THE BOX. Got a yellow card for that. FM way ahead of its time again.
About that own goal @ 2:50 . I remember a real life one back in the late 1950s that was very similar.
It was Crystal Palace v Carlisle United in the old division 4. Palace`s Len Choules lofted one over Vic Rouse, his own keeper.
The only difference was Len was about twice as far away from goal.
The funniest thing is people still filming the screen in 2024.
Seems some have given up with the 2024 timeline so have gone full send on their commitment to early YT uploads. 😂

Fun fact: one of the first applications of goal line technology in The Netherlands was the cup match between PSV and Feyenoord a few years ago where the PSV goalkeeper caught the ball on the line and when he gripped it close to his chest he actually accidentally pulled it over the line, scoring the only goal of the game.
So yeah I bet that could happen in the game as well lol
Also Joao Manuel did something very similar to the 1st clip in your first Season at ODFC and you substituted him. Also you have had a bicycle kick attempted by Saint Erik Mendes in season 3 of ODFC
Fun fact, the Norwegian goalkeeper scoring at 15:43, Lillestrøm-keeper Mads Hedenstad Christiansen, has actually scored two times during his career, so I would say the game is just beeing realistic.

9:39 I had this situation before in an FM19 game with Hamilton Academicals. The comical thing was I had my goalkeeper take the penalties and scored 1 out of 7 (I think) consecutive penalties. Unfortunately no video but I'm sure I could dig out the match report.
Funniest clip was to see my team physically lift the Premier League only to end up finishing 2nd.

Chumacero used to play for my hometown team. He didn't have many opportunities on the field and the fans didn't like him much despite being in the Bolivian national team and the went back to his parent club to show that he could play. That's one of the moments I realized I could make better decisions than most coaches lol

The offside glitch happened to me to on FM23. Its when a foul is given as advantage, for some reason offsides stop working.

I remember something it happend to me, like in 2014, it was a penalty, my player was going to shoot, the referee give the order, and the goalkeaper move to his left and stay in the ground while my player still didn't shoot, i was laughting a lot until i saw that my player strike directly to the goalkeaper, i wasn't laughting anymore

Very first clip. Inzagie shot hits Stam's foot, loops over Schmichael into the goal in champions league semi final 1999. Odd that in the FA Cup semi final replay Bergkamp shot hit Stam and also defeated Schmichael for a goal. Weird coincidence.
