We will walk through #DowntownWinterGarden and explore the different shops including the very popular Crooked Can and Plant Street Market. To get good sense of the housing market here, we will also tour a couple homes close to Downtown and also South Winter Garden in the Hamlin area. Yep Winter Garden is nice. I've been here for 30 years. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people who can't afford those house prices. And rent is beyond ridiculous. But it's a nice place to live.

It's a beautiful place to live. You've seen all the growth and changes being in Winter Garden that long ❤️ I love what the city did with Downtown Winter Garden.
When it comes to affordability, Clermont is also beautiful, a little farther away, but the median home sale here is close to $100k less than Winter Garden.

Where in Winter Garden can we find a nice condo 200-220k range or even better condo below 200k with at least 2bd 2ba low HOA fees with pool and open concept?

Hey Leajune! There are a few places where you can find condos under $200k in WG. They're a little older but you can at least be closer into the city!
