Nice video of all the unspoken towns of Florida, being a Floridian from birth I actually liked it when it wasn't so populated. People from everywhere have spoiled what use to be great..
Well I'm sure that's exactly what members of the First Nations/Native Americans are saying also how Florida was a great place to live before all these white Europeans showed up😁 It's all relative dude. You want your state/city to grow and become economically powerful? Well in that case you need a lot of new people moving there constantly, not go there for tourism when they want to enjoy "a quiet wide open space with no people" like Alaska or Wyoming ...
I am from Florida. A couple generations in. We are agriculture. But for some reason it is all going to tourism. I hate it. I also work in insurance. You CAN’T get insurance. Everyone comes here and then complains about it! The lady says $375,000 and under…… that is crazy. $375,000 is not affordable on an average of 54,000 income.
I’m a native Floridan and currently live in Plant City. Finding an apartment here for $1000 would be a miracle and there’s squat to do here. Schools are terrible and we don’t even have a Target here! And the “downtown” is literally 1 block long and all the shop close at 5 pm.

Was thinking about moving to Florida but after watching not only this video but others, thought to myself why move from PA when I own my own home ,don’t have a car payment, make $20 an hour in other words I think I got it good here ,I’ll just keep been a tourist to Florida
I wanted to move to Florida to be near my brother but after watching various videos and talking to a few people, I am better off where I am too. It's complicated living there. I'm almost 70 and don't have the finances to afford any part of Florida's requirements lol.
Thing with florida is the property is very expensive. But the weather, for my tastes, is gorgeous. I'm in NY, so the cold winters are so annoying. I'd love to be able to go out and do things year round.
@@jaysonovo4778 you won’t be able to do things year round. In the summer you will feel like you are baking in the sun and at night you’ll be eaten up by mosquitoes. Not to mention during the summer we do get quick and heavy rain storms so you better be keeping up with the weather so you are not caught off guard.
True, and folks moving here need to understand that electric and water bills are HUGE. You need a/c year round and it’s expensive! Also I pay so much in property tax and homeowner’s insurance that it is like a second mortgage and I am not in a flood zone. Florida is NOT cheap, the housing in my county (Pinellas) is very high, yet average salaries are not high enough to afford rent/mortgages. So people are overextended. Rents here are almost as high as a real city, like Seattle….at least Seattle has high wages. I was living there and had to move her due to my mother’s declining health. The climate here is a bummer for me. And the sun really ages people. Folks in Seattle have much better skin/less wrinkles!
You are sooooo very correct. They are renting 50 to 60 year old apts. for $1500 a month, no amenities, no laundry on sight, no w/d in your residence. They consider a new fridge and an accent wall commiserate with updated apt. and charge even more. Utilities are crazy as is cable/internet, can you say monopoly ? Services get worse and you get less.
Born and raised in number 10, currently living in number 5! Both places are overcrowded and traffic is horrible. However, in Bartow we do pay 987 for a two bedroom apartment sooo.
There are no cheap places to live in Florida. I live in Florida and I am looking for another state to move to. I tell you Grocery Stores. Gas Stations. and every place that you wish to buy items from, raise the prices as soon as they find out people are either moving or want to move to Florida.
The Melbourne rent was way off. I live there. A one bedroom apartment will cost at minimum $1300-$1400, not $944, with prices climbing. Within a two mile radius of me, within the last 2-3 years, several large complexes have mushroomed, all billing themselves as "luxury" and one bedrooms in them are $1700-$2200 for a one-bedroom. Prices in the older complexes have risen as well, citing "market value" due to these new "luxury" complexes. Florida has no rent control. Landlords can charge what they wish. The theory of Florida's government is that no rent control will encourage new apartment construction and thus bring rents down due to competition. But in Melbourne this has not been the case. There is no company building affordable units. NY-NJ people are flocking here, as are remote workers from expensive states. Moreover, there are a lot of engineering jobs that pay high salaries. If you are in an older complex, you are stuck there, because to move, you must earn three times the monthly rent in monthly income at another complex. And, finally you get evicted or must find alternative housing when the rent of your older complex gets jacked beyond your means. I know full-time retail/hospitality workers who have had to leave Florida/live in their vehicles/or take roommates as mature adults. What is happening in Florida is a grave injustice as migrants from expensive states are driving locals out. Nobody seems to care. Just a few years ago, you could easily find a nice one-bedroom apartment for about $700. Now rent has doubled. Please have mercy on us, NY-NJ-California people!!
They are doing the same thing here in Southern California the same exact thing! Everybody wants to find a cheaper place to live but there are NONE for the first time in history there aren’t any no matter what state you live in! 😩
I was born in Quincy FL. It has not grown much in my 60 plus years. It is economically depressed, always has been. Most people who can, leave. Don't move there unless you are retired and moving out in the country. By the way, the schools are terrible too. You have to go to Tallahassee for anything, not to mention a lack of health care.
I've lived here since the 60s. Those of you thinking of moving here, please know this 1. It's humid. 2. It's hot and humid. 3. We have baby lizards. 4. We have roaches. 5. We have mosquitoes. If you freak out over these things, please stay home.
I never had roaches in my condo in Hudson, just a few in Bonita Springs because duplex next door empty but now none, we got them out and new neighbors.
My fiance and I love Stuart. We go there every year on vacation. It's getting very congested. Hopefully in the future we can manage to buy a small condo. Fingers crossed.
I live in Lakeland Florida in between Tampa and Orlando, next to Plant City and Bartow. The blue home featured in the Bartow clip is for sale, listed for $625,000. Beautiful home and town. The cost of living in Florida is high. I love it here but it is over populated and expensive. Rent in central Florida is $1800-$2100 a month. Home prices are $400,000 and up. You can still find homes for around $350,000 in some areas in central Florida but $55,000 is not a living wage in Florida unless you have a 2 person income. My daughter and her husband struggle to make ends meet at that wage. Young adults starting out in this market are having a hard time making it.
Affordability is important, but so is the quality of life. I’d like to know the cheapest places in Florida that have the most benefit and the highest quality of life. But, affordability is definitely the most important place to start. I just wouldn’t want to live in a cheap area that has high crime, and is often at risk for flooding and natural disasters. Things like these need to be considered too.
Good info. Mixed feelings about Polk county. Check crime statistics. Pockets of crime there and potentially everywhere. Check zip codes etc. Also insurance rates. However, a really very good and helpful video. Thank you.
I like the way you presented the info in this video. The only other information that I wish was included is the average price of *‘home insurance’* in each city, and also the average price of *‘utilities’* in each city.
So here's a story from Melbourne, Florida and why it's impossible to come up with an "average home insurance price (even with in a city.) I've got friends whose 1958 built 3 bedroom, 1 bath concrete block house has a market value of $300,000. They just got their homeonwer's policy non-renewed and will now be paying $6,000 per year for coverage. That represents 2% of the house value paid every year in premiums. Down the road about 10 miles is a new (and massive) subdivision called Vierra. Some other friends built there in 2017. Their 4 bed, three bath house has a market value of $800,000. Their home owner's insurance is $2000 per year. That is roughly 0.25% of the house value paid every year in premiums. The net difference is that in my older neighhood some of us are paying 800% more for comparable homeowner's insurance (based on replacement cost). There is a major crisis here in Florida with homeowner's insurance in the older neghborhoods, who tend to be populated by either working class folks or retirees.
Unfortunately the least expensive places to live in florida is probably with your parents in their house - and after that there are SOME rural areas in the Panhandle that offer little other than a Florida Address but are cheaper. AS long as Home insurance is more expensive than Property Taxes - Florida is no longer a "cheap" place to live
I live in Port Orange. She can't tell you how much home insurance is because it rises weekly. Let's just say that you need to budget $300-500+ a month for an average sized house in excellent condition. But, depending on location, a 2,000 sq ft house premium can be $8,000 or more a year. However, my utilities are 1/3 my cost in Michigan here for the same size house.
I live in Florida our families were born and raised here since I know of the 1800’s. It’s so sad to see so much of our farm land going to communities. People don’t realize how the cost of AC year round and our property taxes are very high. Home owner insurance is high too! Our fresh water levels are rapidly dropping. The Suwannee river isn’t anywhere near what it was back in the 70’s. Our farm used to be flat land, but has slopping land due to sinkholes coming with so much water being drained out. I don’t think a house could be built on most of the 75 acres. I wish they would check out the center of America and move there.
I live in Palm Bay and I agree it has changed so much and the prices are insane. I don't know how anyone can live here anymore with prices going up and up I can remember cows and horses where there are houses and apartments now it's so sad. I want to leave Florida way to many people even driving has become a hazard the sad thing is where to move to that you can afford.
The over-development is one reason my husband and I chose to retire in Tennessee. One cold winter season, but 3 other great seasons. Low property taxes, no state income tax, although higher sales tax. Do have to drive farther for shopping and medical and there are spots of poverty and drug use--happening on all states. I liked a lot about Florida but worried about over crowding and sinkholes. Due to over building, I think you will have more problems due to ground compaction, over pumping from groundwater, and higher level of sea water incursion into the karst rock layer. (I think there was a video about problems like this, Rising Tides maybe?) I don't think Florida is managing its natural resources very well. I think a lot of the state's economy comes from the builders, so hard to change this.
@@bethchisholm4858 I remember visiting Palm Bay back in the late 90s with a friend who had bought land and was building in a community to retire that had only 4 houses. That place is so crazy now. Over crowded. Ridiculous😳🤔 The prices now are crazy compare to then.
I talk to apartment managers as much as possible at different complexes. They bluntly tell me that they will keep raising prices until transplants will no longer pay them. They tell me about Blue Staters who look at their apartment complexes, then ask for leases without even inquiring about the prices! The managers know what these migrants pay in NY-NJ-Cali. They know that in exchange for Florida sunshine, beaches, and no income taxes, the transplants are willing to pay at least what they paid in their home states, if not more. The situation is way more complex than mere supply and demand. The demand is coming from people moving from expensive states who either work remotely or who have cashed in their inflated homes located in failed Democrat states. I talk to many young retail/hospitality locals here. They are incensed, worried, and depressed because of the rent situation. For many youths, their vision of the American Dream is saving enough so that they can buy vans to live in! If locals complain about the greed-driven, excessive rent hikes, the managers shrug. They tell me that they can rent vacant places within 24-48 hours. Transplants do it all online. When the Tech Bros and Finance Bros get tired pf places like Miami, what place will they ruin next?
Just left Florida and my quality of life has skyrocketed. There for 12 months , the humidity/ heat, and completely overcrowded was the deal breaker for me, basic services and roads seem completely overwhelmed, I imagine it will take 14 years of building roads, hospitals. Grocery stores etc...to catch up.
I moved to TX from FL six months ago and I’ve been regretting it ever since. The health system here is horrendous, not to mention that they’ve managed to dig every paved road they have 🤷♀️.
Excellent video Lisa! I'm happy to Subscribe. I'm in need of long term housing. Hurricane Ian left me homeless. I've been a real 'butterfly' for the past several months and must settle somewhere soon. I'm disabled and on a fixed income. This is a great guide. Thanks for investing the time on this research. Your definition of cold is... what? When the snot in your nose freezes... that is cold. When the trmp is -90° after wind chill and you can't go outside because you can't breathe... that's cold.
I agree. I would keep rewatching too if this type of video gets remade. The only info I wish would also get included is the average price of *‘home insurance’* and *‘utilities’* in each city/town. These things are important for determining the overall cost of living.
I used to live down there in Nokomis and it was relatively cheap and now you can't find a hole in the wall for under $1,500 St Pete same way my old apartment little studio with 600 6 years ago now it's 1450 so I don't know what everybody's thinking let me know when the rent goes down I'd love to move back home but it's out of the question for me
Use to be affordable all over florida... not so anymore . The florida realtor covid price hike utterly made it impossible to afford and live in fla..I moved to Tennessee after being in fla since 89.. thanks florida realtors
You are so right. My girlfriend moved just below Nashville. Makes WAY more money and her rent is less. Sad thing is, with the horrid snowfalls lately more elderly will be moving here. They freak out over things
@@donnaevans7 Pensacola area has gone up in the last few years- if you look east northeast of Panama City and don't have children in schools you can find a deal.
I would say the opinions vary a lot because it depends on your situation a lot. My husband is a disabled vet which puts us in a great spot for income and thus waiving our property taxes, we know our realtor so she looked out for us when buying and we're about a half hour from the west coast. Of course electric will be higher because of the a/c but the cost of living compared to DE which is where we r from is about the same and we feel year round a/c is worth it because we hate the cold winters up north. We are in a no flood zone.
Interesting to read some of the comments. As a northerner sick of winter already, i do fantasize about a place in Florida. I thought this was a really well done and thorough video. Thank you and nice job.
Yes, does make it higher here. But I live near Daytona on the intracoastal. My overall cost is lower in Florida than Michigan. No Florida income tax, my property tax is lower, my utilities are less than half. I'm always on vacation in my own home. Life is about choices.

" cheapest" in comparison to what? French Riviera, Monaco, Dubai? Many many move to Florida every month. Very few can afford staying. Housing, insurance, cost of living are just a few issues they face. Affordable housing runs about $1800 to $2400 for a one bedroom apt in areas where most would prefer not to live. Florida living is for the rich and those who settled there long ago.
@Seeleygirl Just a ray of reality Seeleygirl. As of May 27,2022. Florida was ranked among the least affordable states to live in. 33 out of the 50 states. On other graphs, Florida was behind only Hawaii in affordability. I lived here in Florida all my life. I've seen areas that used to be run down, old homes torn down. Now replaced with homes starting at the low 400s. Developments have taken over, and even swamps have been shaved clean, filled, and developed. Florida is the only state that is looking to build desalination plants to keep up with the demand for fresh water. There's still plenty of huge ranches. Massive national and state parks. And much attention to the typical Florida Sunshine state image. In Orlando, a 2 bedroom apt average rent is 1840. Upscale neighborhoods, 3500. for the same apt. You'll not easily find any house, new or old for under 250k. Condominiums for 1 million and higher are not at all unusual, especially along the east coast.
Great video. Unfortunately we felt in love with Port Saint Lucie 3 years ago and even though now is a little more crowded that we would like still is the perfect place for our family. I’m hoping to buy soon here
Thank you Lisa I have family in Florida and I live in Illinois because of my mother. She got cancer so we came up here to help out. We'll I'm happy to say she is cancer free so we where looking to either go back to Georgia where we're from or maybe Florida to be closer to family. So thank you so much as we're on a tight fixed income as I'm disabled after a bad wreck crushed part of my body so this information is very helpful. Subscribed
Henry, I am also on a fixed income and I moved here in 2021to be near my child. After a hurricane came through a few months ago, and I called about the deductible, it was $6,000! That is totally not affodable to me. The taxes are very high on a house! I am looking to move to Georgia because I have a friend there and have spent several months there and that is where I am planning in moving to. If your income is right, I would strongly suggest you move to Georgia. The lower part of Georgia around Valdosta, Tifton, Nashville, in that area!
I forgot to say that I moved to Florida in 2021. With the interest rate the way it is now, a house at $350,000; the payment on that house will be around $2,300-$2,700 per month. I know this because I have been looking at costs of homes and the payments here. If you want to stretch your dollar, move to Georgia!
@@MsBee-oz7vd I have some family in Florida and they said the same thing you did lol just go back to Georgia. I said I don't want to go back to Georgia so they said just go to Valdosta just like you said. Maybe it's a sign.
It has gotta crazy here in Florida. I was trying to think when exactly everything went sky high. I do believe we’ve had an influx off out of state people coming here. I know house prices went crazy, now they say their falling but I don’t see it. I’m sure they probably will eventually. Really not a lot of opportunity to make money here. Unless your starting your own business. Or maybe an aerospace job. Working a job at Walmart won’t cut it.
Hi Lynn, you can get that info from greatplaces.net ... much of the data in this video came from that site and they have a "crime" tab... check it out.

Gotta put Hallandale Beach Florida on this list the city is growing with new Communities and businesses and a lot of attractions for tourism new restaurants and Gulf Stream Park.
Port Saint Lucie used to be affordable, until all of these people started moving here. I'm paying $1500 a month for a one bedroom and I'm not exactly excited about it. 🥴Florida needs a "closed" sign on it. 😂No more people, please! As Florida natives we are not happy.
Yeah I want them to stay the hell out of Florida I cant find a house, they buy them up so fast and pay ridiculous price like $400,000 for $200,000 how stupid is that, I'm sure they have regrets by now, I sold my house in Fort Lauderdale in one day, moved to Jacksonville near my son and can't find the house
An absolute blue area. Thanks to the university there. I find Alachua county to be a veritable freak show. If Alachua appeals to you, head south a little bit. Marion county is where you want to be.
I've escaped this crummy state 6 times since 1973 an I'm fixing to do it one last time to were there are fewer people, nicer friendly people. That is the upper midwest. From Wisconsin to Idaho. Anywhere along or near the Canadian border. I personally spent the pass 7 years in central Minnesota. Do to a heart problem I had to return to this damn state but I'm soon leaving an heading to Montana, Idaho, the Dakota's. Somewhere in the upper midwest were life is far far better

Currently, foreign homebuyers do not need any special visa requirements to buy a property in the US. Down payment for mortgage loans is much higher however, up to 40%. It is also worth noting that purchasing a home in Florida will not affect someone’s immigration status or visa eligibility.
Average income is 44k with home price being 330 you can’t afford the mortgage especially with high interest rates. Florida is extremely unaffordable so who is buying the homes, retiring boomers with fat pensions and service or government connected families. There are no more commuter cities because 1000 people are moving in a day the traffic got horrendous those hour commutes are now 2 hours 1 way. You’re paying a ridiculously inflated price for the decent weather. That’s why everything’s priced for transplants with big pockets leaving locals on their way to tent cities
Exactly Nolan!!!! Nobody is protecting Floridians. Greedy realtors and developers don't care about anything but money. Migrants don't care if they drive locals out. It is a tale of greed all around and Floridians lose.
Need update after Ian as nsurance prices have cost some residents to lose their home cause home insurance went up so much. This very outdated cause of inflation.
We thought Fort Pierce was the answer but after living there a few years find that the crime is just too much for us and we came from. crime stricken Milwaukee and thought that was pretty bad
Ah, Quincy, the town built by Coca-Cola and shade tobacco. A lot of great parks and recreation options too that are only an hour or two away. Great list.
Thank you Lisa. Very informative. Not ready for FL yet but maybe at some time. My daughter Leslie has been in FL about 20 years. Lives in Coral Springs. Very upper end but nice. Would like to live near her sometime. Thanks again.
On Plant City income/housing: you lost all credibility in my opinion when you posted medium income vs medium house price. No one making $55K can afford a $345K house. What world do you live in???? Taxes on the home alone is nearly $300/month. I think you took all this info from an on-line source that anyone has access to and have never been to these places. Wast of time for me......
Well Ken, thank you so much for your comments, however, ALL data came from credible resources and they are "linked" in the show notes below. Feel free to check it out yourself. I don't make this stuff up. Have a great day and thanks for watching!!
@@TheRealLivingWithLisa My point exactly, all info is easily available on line. No response if you have ever been to those cities you site as affordable? If your reason for recommending those cities are for the younger working class, are good paying jobs available? If for retirees, are there things to do besides sweat in the brutally hot "inland" summers and watch grass grow? Your actual usable knowledge of these cities is novice at best.
Housing prices on the west coast doubled from 2021 to 2022. In one year, my Sarasota condo appraised for $370k March 2021. I sold my condo for $640 April 2022. Taxes and the HOA went up 50% and Publix is charging $8lb for chicken cutlets. I live in NY. Floriduh health care is scatter shot. I survived covid, and was refused tests at Punta Gorda hospital and Sarasota Memorial hospital. The Iguana run in herds. Snakes have come into my condo through the toilet. And a palmetto bug could be looking you in face when you wake up. Expect power failures. The tallest elevation is Britton Hill. 300ft. The entire state is a giant sand bar. I dive. The marine life for hundreds of miles surrounding Tampa was nearly destroyed when DeSantis dumped 350,000,000 gallons of toxic lake waste into Tampa Bay March 2021. Speaking about toxic lakes. Floriduh has numerous toxic lakes. 60% of the population is transient.

The panhandle coastline from Panama city to Pensacola is very expensive, including Destin. Crestview is a little less expensive as it is along the I-10 corridor but proximity to Eglin Air force base inflates home rates. Towns to the east of Crestview on I-10 are cheaper but more rural. These would include Defuniak Springs, Bonifay, Chipley, and Marianna. Other small towns in the panhandle include: Graceville, Grand Ridge, Blounstown, and Bristol. All are affordable but amenities are limited.

True, and folks moving here need to understand that electric and water bills are HUGE. You need a/c year round and it’s expensive!

Traffic is becoming a joke everywhere in Florida! Even in the “rural” areas. Properties are at the highest I’ve ever seen!
Lisa thank you for doing this homework for us! You are the kind of Realtor that gives Florida a good name.

Home owners insurance is the kicker.
After the hurricanes.
That is very true Dan. After the last one, being new here, I called about the deductible, they quoted me at $6,000! I was in shock! Good grief!
The only way to beat house Ins is to PAY CASH for house and forgo Hurricane & Sink Hole Ins.

People need to stop moving to Florida, please. Lol

I'm with you on that.
So true. What a shame.
Born and raised in number 10, currently living in number 5! Both places are overcrowded and traffic is horrible. However, in Bartow we do pay 987 for a two bedroom apartment sooo.
the last time i was in bartow which was about 20 years ago i didn't think much of it.
There are no cheap places to live in Florida. I live in Florida and I am looking for another state to move to. I tell you Grocery Stores. Gas Stations. and every place that you wish to buy items from, raise the prices as soon as they find out people are either moving or want to move to Florida.
To where ?
If you don’t think this is cheap move to New York for six months, I bet you’ll be crawling back
I live in the Hudson valley of new York....cheaper then florida
Florida is disgraceful anyway. A good idea to get up out of there
The Melbourne rent was way off.
Same thing in south Florida…👎
We call it “Melboring”
Best thing to do is talk to your state representative
They are doing the same thing here in Southern California the same exact thing! Everybody wants to find a cheaper place to live but there are NONE for the first time in history there aren’t any no matter what state you live in! 😩
And Edgewater is a dump.
Agreed Cheryl~~~ Thanks for watching.
I never had roaches in my condo in Hudson, just a few in Bonita Springs because duplex next door empty but now none, we got them out and new neighbors.
The only thing really nice about Florida is that it's a red state but I could do without the heat and humidity

Ohhh! That's why everybody is looking for a place in Plant City! My home town 🏡!
Please! Stop telling people to come here! 🍓
Lakeland was a great place to lice 40 years ago and then Bam..I left.
Awesome! Excited to explore affordable living options in Florida. Thanks for sharing the top 10 cheapest places!
Good info.
Mixed feelings about Polk county. Check crime statistics. Pockets of crime there and potentially everywhere. Check zip codes etc. Also insurance rates. However, a really very good and helpful video. Thank you.
And sinkholes
I live in Florida and the only places that I can see where you can afford to live are more inland frost proof Lake Wales Bartow Sebring Avon Park
I like the way you presented the info in this video. The only other information that I wish was included is the average price of *‘home insurance’* in each city, and also the average price of *‘utilities’* in each city.
So here's a story from Melbourne, Florida and why it's impossible to come up with an "average home insurance price (even with in a city.)
I've got friends whose 1958 built 3 bedroom, 1 bath concrete block house has a market value of $300,000.
@@AFAskygoddess AND - you pay no State Income Tax and likely your property taxes are also lower than Michigan as well.
I love Florida💚
I have lived in Breckenridge and San Diego. These Florida prices seem good to me. 💯
Like nobody in the rest of the USA pays for heat in the winter?
@@tammywelsh8299 have you ever heard the term global warming??? Well, it's not called that anymore. Do you know what it's called and why?
(I think there was a video about problems like this, Rising Tides maybe?)
I don't think Florida is managing its natural resources very well.
Hello Lisa I'm planning on moving to Florida trying to find the best place to live thank you for the Video it was very helpful.
We looked at moving there over 25 years ago and the infrastructure was a mess then.
I moved to TX from FL six months ago and I’ve been regretting it ever since. The health system here is horrendous, not to mention that they’ve managed to dig every paved road they have 🤷♀️.
The 3 cheaper pleces are the car,the street, a upgraded a RV or trailer

that is cold. When the trmp is -90° after wind chill and you can't go outside because you can't breathe... that's cold.
Great video, this goes great with the ever changing markets. I feel like a channel could re make this every thirty days and it would have demand.
I agree. I would keep rewatching too if this type of video gets remade. The only info I wish would also get included is the average price of *‘home insurance’* and *‘utilities’* in each city/town. These things are important for determining the overall cost of living.
Hallandale beach Florida and it’s a beautiful city with growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

Exactly, John!!
Compared to big cities and the rest of the country.

I read that investors are buying up most properties. They pay cash for them and then rent them out for ridiculous prices
Exactly Nolan!!!! Nobody is protecting Floridians. Greedy realtors and developers don't care about anything but money. Migrants don't care if they drive locals out. It is a tale of greed all around and Floridians lose.

They will tell you whatever you need to hear to sell you a home. Their dreams are realized when you have to sell your home because you can't afford it! Another transaction!
Love this video! Thank you! I work for a company with multiple locations in Florida and am looking to move! Are you a realtor that I can connect with when we are ready?
No information on the Northwest Florida region, like Pensacola, Panama City, Crestview, Destin, all cities listed were Tallahassee and east.
Check out NC it’s clean and properties are affordable
