There will be construction in the Groveland area once they begin the Downtown revitalization project. I would imagine traffic in that area to be improved after the construction and widening of roads. Sanctuary (South Clermont) - Sawgrass Bay Elementary Hills of Minneola (North Clermont) - Minneola Elementary *please note the brand new K-8 Minneola Elementary is being built within the neighborhood and will be finished in 2025 Trinity Lakes - Groveland Elementary Seasons at the Grove - Mascotte Charter www.greatschools.org/florida/clermont/ Of course these ratings don't tell the whole story so I would take it with a grain of salt. As for choosing a different school than the one you are zone, the process is as simple as filling out an application. I just went through this for my children and it was pretty easy. Minneola home entry level for 450k, 1500 sq ft. with carpet and that kitchen is begging for an island.
