- Hey everyone in this video I perform a quick Diagnostics onto a 2016 Kia Sorento with a no shift concern.
It turned out to be a fairly simple repair. After questioning the customer the culprit's were his 2 children.

Wife has a 2014 Kia rondo, started fine , once she tried to shift from park to drive in jammed in neutral . Shifter won’t budge now
If only they always went this easy.
YES LOL.. if only but at least it was quick and the clients was happy(no parts required.)
I have a car that day for a couple years after my kiddo slammed into the curb on the driver side. Finally got it back together but it won't go out of park.. any thoughts?

Was this problem part of the recall #SC246? Mine stays stuck in park, and I have to use a screw driver in the hole.
Sorry. Commented before the easy fix happened. But still it sure why mine stays locked
so the signal from the brake switch is needed in order to ulock the shifter. might be a bad brake switch/wiring/solenoid/ shifter.

My 2011 Sorento won't go into park after driving. I just got brake switch done and it just did it again
