@@RCBGarage Could i get the parts number for this rebuild..? Also, I have a WR400F and this is my carb .. with the exception of that first needle you pulled, (Mine has a knob with numbers on it.. )
I'm actually getting ready to tear my 426 carb apart. Having an issue with it dumping fuel out of the overflow. I know the float isnt sticking and hasnt been adjusted. I can have it idling and put my finger over the overflow and it stays running and can ride around with it plugged off. Just waiting on the rebuild get to get here so i can replace the float valve seat and needle then do the mid body as i didnt have the mid body kit until recently, i'm sure it looks just like what yours did. I'm running a 55 pilot jet and a 168 main, still seem to get a lean pop when you give it a good rev and the dead spot kills me, cant seem to get rid of it. Kept jetting up to try and get the dead spot out. Kept getting better but im afraid to take the pilot any higher than it already is.
hey man my 426 will only start with choke on - trying to avoid pulling the carb. i have a replacement main jet and nozzle. think i could pull the bowl and replace the main jet and nozzle?
How does that bike kick so easy? I have a 426 with a decomp cam and it definitely does not kick that easy And in trainer shoes ? Have you ever had a problem with to much compression? I have rebuilt my carb identically and my bike just floods and locks upp and backfires 🤔
Wow this is going to be a mission for me. Thanks for the video it looks overwhelming but i guess i just need to start taking it apart.
It’s the most difficult carb to rebuild, take your time and take pics as you disassemble. Good luck

Did you move the needle position? These are complicated carbs and can be a nightmare to tune.
where can i find a video that shows putting carb together not in fast forward????
You can slow the video speed down if you go into settings and then speed.
Where can I buy that mid section of the carb someone broke the jet housing on the bottom side of it
I don't think that part is available anymore. Look on ebay for a parts carb or a good used one.

Replace the idle jet, that’s what will make it run on choke only.
Hey! Rebuilding my carb soon and wondering what kit you bought for the rebuild. Thanks
All balls mid body kit and Moose racing Bowl rebuild kit. Both were purchased from ebay.
You don't have this video not sped up do you?
You can control the speed of a video on UA-cam in settings called play back speed
Haha thank you. Been pausing and rewinding every time I take something off.
Hey rebuilding my carb soon it’s having a issue with its dumping fuel out of the overflow
Check your float height. The spec should be 8.0 mm from the flat surface where the bowl seats.
@@RCBGarage I should just get bottom carb rebuild kit?
@@itsbloodyvids Yeah rebuild it while you are in there.
Partlist?

This bike had the auto decompression cam modification.
