Just watched his first movie... sadly not once was the Gospel shared after the healing occured. The homeless guy at the end just walked away, and had no idea about his need for salvation. The church in China was encouraging as they were STARVING to hear the Word
Jesus did not heal and then preach, according to the flow of specific events in a chronological sense according to the author of the gospels. He did not always preach the gospel right there afterward. It’s a great idea not a demand or command ☺️
He had my full attention when he mentions that Jesus is everything to him. I am doing a public reading of "filming God" in my church. Probably one of the most beautiful books I've ever read. Even with all the issues and doubts and broken people, etc. When he starts as a skeptic but ends up landing on how our Father just wants to pour His love on us, that makes me sit up and pay attention. It's not so much noticing and sorting out the miraculous, but why the miraculous? He just wants to love us! But we end up complicating the whole thing. (Matt 23)
Thank you Darren for your documentaries! They sent me on an amazing journey to learn about the gifts of the Spirit. I have a whole new understanding of God's goodness. ❤
I attended a service in Palmer, Ak. Harold and Kay Byer were there. Not sure how to spell their last name. Sweet people. Manna showed up on his Bible. Enough for all of us to taste. My piece tasted like honey. Very fresh, melted in my mouth. A beautiful and humbling experience. From the time Kay began to share to the manifesting of Manna, and all the Holy Spirit shared In between! I’ve enjoyed your films Darren. Nice to meet you on here. Thanks Remnant Radio. Keep on Keeping.
The tone of this was very gentle & edifying, and I found listening a faith building experience. Thanks, everyone! It also makes perfect sense that one's thoughts about God will be affected by what we see Him do in life, whether making films or not.
I struggled with this one. I was raised in an AG church and I am still charismatic. However, I actually know of a church that used a ladder to put gold glitter on the ceiling fans so that when the fans were turned on, the glitter started floating down. I believe in miracles, but Manna? Gold teeth? Glitter? These are the kinds of things that make churches lose credibility with unbelievers. Healings prove the miraculous and that there is a God. The other stuff just makes us look weird and gullible. I'm a huge fan of The Remnant Radio, and was actually delivered from nightmares after praying with Michael Rowntree on their Dream Interpretation episode. I'm just saying that this one is difficult for me to swallow.
Hey man, anybody reading this, around 21:00 you mention knee pain. Please say a prayer for mine which I injured skateboarding, so I can get back on the board. Thanks and love to all God's people! Jesus saves/heals!
Gold teeth? Why? Toronto revival? I saw the Toronto revival. Even Pentecostal Christians questioned the strange things that were labelled workings of the Holy Spirit. Not sure if this is at all true as discussed in this episode.
Maybe I'm missing something? Why would we "regret" saying Jesus is perfect theology. Why would we think Josh was trying to call him out on something? At the end of it all, Jesus is the sum of all things. Why is this a problem? Guess I'm not picking up what you saw there...
I have a question about him saying that God the father appeared to him… One mediator between God and man -Jesus Christ, no one sees God and lives. Jesus u get because Jesus appeared to people throughout the bible but God the father….. I don’t know about that! I find it interesting that no one seemed to question that.
Maybe it means something to people who get them. Why did God tell Isaiah to preach naked? Why did God tell Ezekiel to cook cow poop on bread in protest? Why did God pull Ezekiel up by the locks of his hair and pull him high above Jerusalem? Why did God speak through a donkey? Why did Samson’s hair give him superpowers? Why did Eve come from Adam’s side? Why were men carrying out grapes the size of themselves? Why did Peter’s shadow heal people? Why did Paul send a piece of cloth believing someone touching it would be healed? Why did a man falling on Elijah’s bones heal him? Why did Elijah tell the king to dip himself in the water seven times to be healed? Why did Jesus rub saliva dirt into a man’s eyes? Why did God tell Hosea to marry a prostitute? Why did John the Baptist spend his days eating honey and locusts in the desert like a crazy man? Why did the early believers appear drunk to others at Pentecost when they were filled with the Holy Spirit? God is wild. God is funny. God knows what blesses his kids. The same reasons he does things like that are the same reasons he gives communion and water baptism. He knows what’s up. He knows how things work. He knows how we work. He knows us.
May I ask: why is the miracle of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ documented in Scripture not enough of the miraculous for people today - it is the Gospel that is “the power of God unto salvation”
Because God is the living God and.didn't stop acting 2000 years ago. However the ressurection is "the miracle" that the whole of Christianity is based on- if Christ was not raised from the dead we are still dead in our sins and our faith is futile.
you could ask the same question of the 12 Apostles plus Paul. It seems Jesus has given believers the same kind of authority as He had, through the Holy Spirit.
Why is there not one reference to obtaining gold teeth anywhere in the scriptures or the ante nicene church fathers. It’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard.
Manna manifesting in Bible's, glory clouds of gold glitter, gold teeth and jewels spontaneously manifesting! C'mon! This is cheap parlour tricks and frankly I'm surprised you platformed this.
He was filming a “Christian” movie and he never heard of the dome of the rock on the Temple Mount. Ooook. So it also took that dome situation to actually believe. That’s how you know. They always say later on in there walk something happens after they had been saying they believe but were lying. Now they believe for real and they are like I’m not lying this time. No dude no. The judgement is not gonna be good
The Spirit gives spiritual gifts to all who come to God. You seem to lack discerning of spirits. These men are as real as it gets and you reject their testimony. Repent and come to Jesus.
If you've been there (which I have), you'd know that it is absolutely impossible to get into the Dome of the Rock as a non-Muslim. You can go into the Al Aqsa Mosque, but not the Dome of the Rock. If you don't want to believe that he is telling the truth that's on you. He said it took that dome situation for him to believe in miracles, not believe in Jesus.
Hard to take this guy serious when he claims he hasn't come across any frauds! Did he collect videos from people who have documented miracles? Sorry, I couldn't watch this after his response about "lone wolfs" as if only such lone wolfs tend to deceive. He could not document overt miracles. I'm not saying God doesn't heal people just that if miracles were normative there would be tons of examples captured on cell phones.
Skepticism is good. Prejudice is limiting. Faith is a gift from God to those who He chooses. His miracles and gifts of faith are forever etched in the souls of men. May you find belief. May He show Himself to you. Peace.
@noanapoleon474 You make an excellent point, every time I hear of this "miracles" (gold dust, gold teeth or manna - this is a new one for me) I ask why? What's the purpose of these? Miracles in the Bible were never random or "just cause". Why they only happen in "Charismatic" Churches? Are they the only Churches that God likes and that's where He chooses to show His power? if that's their answer...this means those are the only valid churches? In this era, like you said, why we can't find other videos all over the internet of these miracles? ( Every teenager in my church uses their phone during the service! ha ha ). For those who will say: "You don't see them because you don't have faith" let me tell you: I have faith...I've seen God's hand in several ways; but when it comes to miraculous healing, is hard for me to understand the selection process...recently, we all heard what happened to Pastor Tim Keller, Dr. Michael Heiser and many other "heavy hitters" in God's Kingdom suffer from this horrendous disease and died because of it, no matter how many thousands of us were praying for them...don't get me wrong, I know that even if we're healed, we all are going to die some day. But, why wouldn't God heal His servants if there are these many "miracle workers" with this gift all over the world? I've heard the answer before: "Is God's will at the end", while that's true...why Peter didn't tell the lame man: "if it's God's will...get up and walk"? He didn't because he had authority (given by the Holy Spirit to DO wonders ipso fact). Tell me why the same gift of healing works different now days? The answer might be the people using it since God doesn't change, and for the ones saying "God only heals the ones who approach Him with faith" let me remind you that the lame man asked for money not for a miracle. Just one last thing, having doubts is valid, and Jesus understands us...Even John The Baptist (the one who Jesus said: "Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has not risen anyone greater than John the Baptist"), this same guy, after witnessing all that happened when Jesus came to the waters, time later he sent his disciples to ask Jesus if he was The One or if they should wait for someone else. Finally, I hope any of the @remnantradio guys would answer some of these questions. Blessings.
@@FdoSanchez Charismatic Hype goes back to the pietist/ restoration movements. Pentecostalism and the charismatic movements being the modern equivalent of the older restoration/ last days movements that are still with us today. The more bleak and evil the world looks the more anxious Christians become to see overt miracles. The church is inundated with conspiracies about the antichrist and how the world will end when it should be more concerned with how it will rebuild upon the old foundations of Christendom. Where we neglect the weighty matters, God will have us all in derision.
I’m only a few minutes into it and so far I’m with you. Have not got to the “lone wolf” part yet. But he talks of the 1st miraculous thing that he experienced personally through is aunt and uncle I believe it was. Gold teeth? Sounds like counterfeit signs and wonders to me so far. Not that there are not legit ones that he’s going to talk about. But “gold teeth”? What’s the point? I may be mistaken, but I do not recall any miracles in the Bible being so pointless. Also the fragrance thing they could’ve put anything into the air system to have it begin to smell like that I’m open to anything as Michael Heiser says I’m skeptical of everything.
The Catholics believe that they’re seeing Mary in apparitions. And millions of people have seen them. Does it mean it’s a wonder from God or deceiving spirits? I think it’s deceiving spirits for many reasons. So just because people “experience”something doesn’t mean it’s legit and from God. As I listen, I hope to hear a little more pushback from the remnant hosts.

"I wanted to introduce the Jesus I've known to the World" I resonated so strongly with this.
Thank you, Gentlemen 🌹🌹🌹🌹
Saw your documentaries some years ago. Great stuff and now pleased to see the guy behind it all. Go for it!!!

God held me in his arms while i was being healed...i dont question that reality...it just is.

Can’t find wptv - it comes up at west palm beach Florida news channel
This is soook crazy! I'm from Honduras and don't know what's going on Honduran Bay( Bay Islands)!!!!!!!!!!??
Basement Guy - "sniffing the people next to you" that brings weird pictures to mind😂
Haha! I bet he "regrets" saying "Jesus is perfect theology" 😂😂
So glad you caught that Josh!
Maybe I'm missing something? Why would we "regret" saying Jesus is perfect theology. Why would we think Josh was trying to call him out on something? At the end of it all, Jesus is the sum of all things. Why is this a problem? Guess I'm not picking up what you saw there...

One mediator between God and man -Jesus Christ, no one sees God and lives.
Jesus u get because Jesus appeared to people throughout the bible but God the father….. I don’t know about that!
I find it interesting that no one seemed to question that.
Why would God give gold teeth instead of restoring teeth with actual tooth enamel. 🤔
Don't you know? He's funny like that. 😂
Maybe because gold is more resistant to decay than enamel. And gold has spiritual meaning: do a word search in the Bible.
It is literally proof. And expensive proof
Ummm, maybe because gold is GOD'S money?!!

For the same reason the book of Acts exists, and the reason why they moved in the miraculous
Is there a link to the documentary?

Go Tigers!
Nice!
Manna manifesting in Bible's, glory clouds of gold glitter, gold teeth and jewels spontaneously manifesting! C'mon! This is cheap parlour tricks and frankly I'm surprised you platformed this.
exactly. it is very disappointing
I am charismatic but unfortunately am just not buying this.
Mm, I definitely believe all the gifts are for today, but gold teeth and gold dust? Glitter dust from banners, maybe. Did Jesus do these? No.
Respectfully, some things just require a little more info to sound credible.😊
It's cheap parlour tricks. Frankly I'm shocked they'd entertain it.
if ur not gonna testify then im not gonna watch, ...
How about this...DONT PUT GOD IN YOUR MAN-SIZED BOX!

Wut
With the measure you judge, you shall be judged. I’m glad God is more merciful than you
