A lot of people don't realize that Axl has a vocal range of 5 octaves and 5 semitones F1 - Bb6. This is insane compared to almost every other singer on the planet, more than Whitney, Tina, Mariah, Freddy. and so on, so in my opinion, Axl was the very best front man ever. I saw gnr multiple times, but one of the best and clearest vocals was back around 2003 I may be wrong with the year, but it was during the first Chinese Democracy tour. I am a professional drummer with 53 yrs experience I started at age 5. and I still hear his voice from that show in my head, it was an unimaginable display of talent. And I have seen so many concerts since 1977. All the big bands in the prime of there existence. Axl..... you are from another planet, I hold you in the highest regard.
He has zero range now...now that's crazy...if they were starting out today they'd never of gone anywhere

It's great to see him looking healthy, taking control of his voice and hopefully his life. I think the drama with the band and his personal life and controversy made it hard for them to realize what an impact the music had on multiple generations of fans, I hope they really feel the love and support of their true fans.

@Depression2010 Comparatively, yes, he sounds amazing here. So long as he sticks to his lower register. They need to take all the old songs that have him using his falsetto or higher register and drop them all down a couple of octaves and he'd sound like the Axl we all remember. He needs to take into consideration the partying along with natural deepening of voice with age, he'd kill it on stage then.

I got to see the June 27th show in St. Louis back in 2017. Unforgettable. The crowd was great. The sound was great. The stadium was great.

Saw them live in the 90's, on the Use your illusion tour in Norway, one of the biggest experiences of my life
Saw them in Paris 17', best show of my life. Watching my heroes on stage, what a night.
Saw them in 92 in Germany and 2012 in Spain (front row 💕💕💕) ... I'll never forget it ... amazing 🥰🥰🥰
