Lisa was a horrible woman. Mark gave her everything and she willingly used him. Saying that she didn't deserve to be mentally tortured by Phil who knew what he was doing and did it for fun.

Lisa was a "fool"!!! I love that Pauline gave it to her with both barrels. I can watch this scene over and over. She took total advantage of Mark's good nature. She deserved everything that the Mitchells did to her.

Lisa loved Phil an he manipulated the hell out of her. Talk about narcissistic, acting like she’s not ready to be together when he was one who changed his mind but tried to make her think it’s her even though she’s given him everything. I don’t agree what she did to mark. She basically used mark as a rebound to get over Phil didn’t work. Phil new that so he played her more to get what he wanted. His daughter.

It wasn't anonymous, Lisa wrote it to Phil and asked Steven, Ian's son to give it to Phil. Steven didn't, and it somehow ended up having a fish order written on the other side of it that Ian made. He saw Phil's name on it and read it. Then took it to Pauline.
Pauline from 2002 looks like a prettier version of Sharon from 2021. The same nice hair colour but the lighter, more natural skin on Pauline.

The situations were very different.
Ruth (first wife) actually did love Mark and ALWAYS tried to work things out with him. The only problem they had was that they couldn't have any children. Mark and Ruth were separated for almost a year (both their faults) when she slept with his cousin and got pregnant, and even then she didn't want the cousin. Their liaison was more of a one night stand. Couldn't even call it fling.
Lisa on the other hand never loved Mark. She was only with him because Phil didn't want her. She used Mark all the way through the relationship. Mark couldn't see it because he was blindly in love, but Pauline did. Lisa had a full on affair and was planning to leave her husband for Phil. The only thing that stopped it from happening was Phil changing his mind last minute, not Lisa respecting her Mark enough to not go ahead with her cruelty.
See the difference? With the first wife, it was horrible circumstances, created by both Mark and Ruth, that lead to their marriage ending. Here, it's 100% Lisa's fault that she had the affair.
And yes, Pauline did condemn Ruth when she discovered the truth but by then it was too late. If Ruth was there by the time Pauline learnt the whole truth, Pauline would have dogged Ruth too.
Mark I been sleeping with Mr 🥔 again. That's ok Lisa I've been resting on my stool with turnips and asparagus we all get bargains on Wednesday.

Mo always lacked morals so she'd be sympathetic (borderline not care). Dot's extremely religious and always preaches forgiveness so she'd be sympathetic (but also just as judgemental). Pat's been in Lisa's shoes time and time again so she'd be the most sympathetic.
But if Lisa did to their kids/grandkids what she did to Mark, you better believe they'd all break her @ss in half.
