*A certain cutscene near the end of the chapter was edited out in order to avoid a Content ID flag. The cutscene still exists in the actual game.

For the many wondering where a certain cutscene near the end of the chapter is at. I edited it out in order to avoid a Content ID flag. The cutscene itself is still in the game and nothing has been changed. Overall, the game is COMPLETELY the same storywise. Nothing has been cut.

So for those curious on what's newly added to the game, check out 1:28:35. There's now a Character Gallery and Shinmitsu Gallery in the Extras section. These unlocked after completing Chapter 1 and I assume more additions will be made as you complete more chapters of the game. The Character Gallery lets you view sprites and voice samples of characters, and the Shinmitsu Gallery lets you revisit Free Time Events you've unlocked.
As for the game overall, I think its made a pretty smooth transition to mobile devices. The changed up controls make things work very well on the touchscreen and the new map system allows you to transfer to not only specific rooms but to specific characters too. So you won't have to worry too much about the first-person controls since you can easily teleport to where you want to go. The class trial controls also weren't a problem, other than some dialogue moving faster than the characters can say them. The only issue I came across was with the Bullet Time Battle, which you can see me struggle with at 1:11:50. Usually for these moments, I tend to focus on the audio more than the visual to keep my rhythm. However, the audio and visual cues weren't matching up and I ended up struggling to keep my rhythm. It took until my third try to finally figure it out, and at that point I was mainly going off what I was seeing and ignoring the music in order to stay on rhythm. So, I'm curious to see how that stuff will hold up in the other games. Other than that, the game played just fine. If you already own Danganronpa, I'm not sure there's much here to warrant another purchase, since I would just recommend replaying what you already got without paying extra. However, if you're still enticed to own Danganronpa on another platform, the mobile device isn't a bad choice.

You are supposed to listen to bass beats. I just did and it matched perfectly with visual. If you are unable to do that just tap icons in rhythm visually, and then you will get hang of it and do it alone without visual help. Or maybe you just edited or something so I didn't notice the pause and some problem. Thought I should let you know.
@SuperMJCool Master No, I just tired it again normally without recording in case that was causing a delay. Still had the same issue where the beats of the song weren't matching the beat markings of the game. Trust me, I know how a rhythm game works and I've had no issues doing this mini-game on the Vita, PS4 and PC versions of this game. Maybe our devices are different and you had no issues, but what you see in the video is what I saw. Only parts edited was the multiple retries I did before completing it.
@@justonegamr oh ok cool. Perhaps they will update it in future. I mean it just came out. They need to fix the speed of class trials. Its so fast audio cuts. And a question. Does extra school mode work and how? Maybe even make a video about it, if there is something else added in gallery or mode...

The game was redone with Unity. The original uses PhyreEngine. But I gotta admit, they did a good job porting it.

I had a hard time as well. The audio and visuals aren't lined up properly. Plus there can be a bit of lag between pressing the screen and then having the game register your tap. Overall, it's terrible as a rhythm experience. The thing that worked for me is I used the visuals and tapped the screen when the dot was inside the circle, ignoring the music. Don't even try to worry about locking onto all the statements before shooting them down.Just locking onto one and shooting it down immediately after will be good enough for these early battles. Hopefully you did one free-time event with Sayaka and got her Melodious Voice skill, since that will help during this too. Later battles will be tougher, but there are skills that will help. Hanging out with Toko, Kiyotaka, and Hifumi at least once, will give you useful skills. Doing all the events for Aoi will also give you a very useful skill. I don't how much it changes things, but you can also drop the difficulty down to Gentle. It's unfortunate that an already tough mini-game got more troublesome on mobile, but hopefully these tips helped out.

All of your storage space? Maybe you overestimate the game, it's around 4 gigabytes. Most phones these days come with at least 32, generally 64GB of storage - so I wouldn't worry about it. As for the price, I would probably just wait for a sale/discount at some point.
