I'll say it's great to include the kids in your food production and processing... Your scissor snip is fast too... I'd like to suggest, respectfully, that the Cage of bids waiting, should not be able to see or witness what's going on...it could negatively affect ther meat... But your doing a great job ...
Hi, I know exactly what you are saying. I do take that into account whatever I am processing Chicken, quail. Etc. I have the bucket tucked in the corner along with my body blocking the cage when I dispatch so waiting birds cannot see.
Process made easy and include the kids .... thanks for sharing. I love it!
If the kids don’t know how to take care of business down the road it will be a sad world. Atleast in my view!!

Been wanting this plucker but it is sold out. Looks like a two month wait. may try one from Amazon (good return policy) if they can't produce any.
Can't think of anyway faster to dispatch than the way you are doing it.
