Put demons blood on your rings and try to cap your vitality resist. Most of typhons attacks deal vitality damage then all you need to do is dodge the meteor rain.
What a feat 😮 Sooooo many questions!! How do you pick up items so fast? Why do you almost never heal to full health? Seems lik eyou get a lot of drops? How many skillpoints do you have?! I tried counting clicks but cant get it to math out😢. Have you done a commented "slow run" for strategies? ... Id love your feedback. (Single male, struggling to go hardcore through normal...)
Hi there! I never go to full health because of the skill "Sacred Rage", which gives a massive speed boost as long as you are below 40% of your maximum health. Drops were lucky in this run - especially the Hand of Lycurgus - but you have to keep in mind that this is the single best of many attempts so it makes sense that this one has better luck than your average playthrough. At level 14 I have 44 skill points. 39 from the level-ups plus the one from the Nessus quest, two form the legendary Scorpid, two more from exiting Thebes. I have one commented run with this strategy which I streamed on twitch but I'm not sure how much I explained why I did the things I did: ua-cam.com/video/nLjQMili51c/v-deo.htmlsi=uEk5Xt9lydxnHIFq

Amazing job with the build for the speed running! Btw why attacking with the torch sounds like changing weapons? And how you get all those experience againts the Satyr mini boss? I feel I get less
Thank you! It sounds like I am switching weapons because I actually switch weapons after each attack. This slightly increases the attack speed if you hit the right timing. But I don't know why it feels like you get less experience from the Satyr mini boss - I assume you mean the Magi in Helos.
What's with the yeti? 😅I went for the Yeti-Dash because it is an inofficial rule that you have to either do the yeti dash or dash on Jun Shan, otherwise the run is invalid - at least that's what I like to think.
@@akeTQ What is a dash on the yeti? I heard you say in another video it was okay not to do the yeti if you acknowledged the yeti in spoken word. I didn’t understand the verb the talking replaced... (and I still don’t! 😊)
@@redelfshotthefood8213 Ah I see! The Thunder Strike and the War Wind are skills you use to gain movement speed for short times, and using them just for the movement speed is called a "dash". MrTiger, the moderator of the Titan Quest speedrun leaderboard, has always been a fan of doing such a dash on the Gargantuan Yeti, so I once jokingly suggested that a run without a Yeti dash should be invalid. On the 59:46-run I missed the Yeti dash so I had to invent a new rule that mentioning the Yeti dash is good enough. This also led to a comment by a viewer who claimed that a dash on Jun Shan, a hero monster, would revalidate the run. But all in all, none of these dashes are mandatory and it is all just a bit of nonsense and fun.
Great content, Ake! I am now thinking, since you put extra points into Onslaught later on, would it be actually worth it to invest some into Runic weapon`s second upgrade, before fighting Alastor? Investing at least 2 points into upgrade and 1 point into Battle standard would basically replace scroll of AP
Good thought, but you would lose out on 35 raw physical damage from the Battle Standard if you go for Rune Weapon and Magical Charge. You also wouldn't be able to respec before Rhakotis, so your damage would be lower for the fight againist the first Telkine as well.
There are some significant differences in this run. I went for the Thunder Strike at level 5, a change which RadioDesk came up with. I also had a Scroll of the Breaking Wheel for the Minotaur which saved some time at the Telkine I split. The Hand of Lycurgus is amazing, it raises attack speed and has a chance to lower the enemies' resistances. I killed the Walking Stones in Giza quicker with the Scroll of Arcane Power and the fight against the Demon Bull was faster as well.
I am quite sure that picking Rune over Earth is the correct decision. Earth does not give you a speed bonus and Rune grants 10% from the Rune of Life and up to 46% from the Sacred Rage. The Sacred Rage also reduces cooldowns by 46%.
At the end I have Dual Wield (1), Battle Standard (10), Onslaught (6), War Wind (1) in the Warfare Mastery, and Sacred Rage (10), Thunder Strike (1) and Rune of Life (1) in the Rune Mastery. (57:40 for an overview)
We differentiate between "Glitchless" and "Any%" runs in Titan Quest speedrunning. Any% makes use of a few glitches like skill point and attribute point duplication, a running animation glitch and some skips with the "Reset Character" button when these were still possible, and is therefore much faster. Feel free to check out the Any% Ragnarök world record by RadioDesk to see how wild it is: ua-cam.com/video/sBLFg01e4vk/v-deo.html I also did a few Any% runs in 2021 but nowadays only go for Glitchless attempts.
Believe me - it took a long time to even discover this route. In the beginning the speedrun used the Earth mastery for damage, then the Seal of Fate, and by a coincidence the Rune/Warfare route was proven as the optimal approach (for now) 😅
@@akeTQ your dmg is clearly cheating --- on lvl 14 you do 300 to 500 in an insane speed with multiplay attacks ( and that with hardly any gear ) --- i currently replay it and my hero is lvl 28 and i do 100 dmg with an high attack slow speed spear weapon ) // your dps is shown at 34 with 105 % speed and you still kill him within seconds
@@lexii1993 Just try it for yourself. Sacred Rage gives +50 % attack speed with the Battle Standard. The Battle Standard itself gives 166 flat damage to each attack. The Thunder Strike increases the projectile count to 10 and also gives a bonus on total damage, same as my weapons (of Destruction suffix). The DPS is shown without Sacred Rage and Battle Standard.
Depends. If you mean potions, charms and gold, there is a hotkey for that. For other items I click them once from a distance and let the character run up to the item.
