LONDON TO PARIS FOR DIABETES UK - 13 days to go

- I have always wanted to do something for Diabetes UK since I fell in love with a T1 pumper! For those of you who don't know, that is someone who suffers from Type 1 diabetes and uses an insulin pump to regulate their blood sugar level.
I will (hopefully!) be cycling from London to Paris in under 72 hours from the 4th - 6th September 2015. I need your help to raise as much money as possible for Diabetes UK before then!
Diabetes UK are continually supporting people like Ellie and are constantly helping to fund research for a future without the condition. Please find more information about what Diabetes UK do on their website:

While you talked about the cat at your feet, my cat George (named after you) came to me, mewing and all. I think he wants to wish you luck.
You have the most relaxing voice. I'm in bed with the most killer headache and listening to this vlog made me forget it for those 8 minutes.
And go you for making you target. And good luck with those 70 miles. ✌🏻️
Hi George! i hope you can read this! I would like to take the opportunity to congratulate you for this project. This is a great idea and a very worthwhile cause. You're doing fine. You're doing great. You're almost there! So I want to wish you the best of luck… I know you can do this! I'll be supporting you from the other side of the world!
And George, you've no idea how much I've enjoyed your vlogs so far. Thank you so much for sharing it with all of us. (I felt like I was there by your side riding a bike and enjoying the beautiful vistas and landscapes along the way)... And the fabulous background music I have to say is spectacular! Take care! With love, Carmen.

Good job today! It's nice to be a part of your journey, which is both impressive and admirable (as well as touristy. Very nice views!). Keep it up!
Well done on 45 miles and I hope the 70 go well. Did you say this is your first time cycling consecutive days? One of my best friends works at Jorvik Viking Centre, I hope you got the chance to visit it and had a good time. Keep up the good work :D xxx
you can do it
Good luck with the 70 miles
Woo, York! My hometown. Lovely place. If you thought the tarmac was bad there though, should've headed towards Selby!
good luck with the 70 miles! It's really incredible to see you progression
Paul would make the Diabetes trip from London to Paris in a day, come back the next day and say "You just got this far?? sheesh!" Keep going George!!!
Thank you so much for this vlog. It's fun to watch. Very nice landscapes.
