There are not a lot of options given the slightly limited design/colour and silhouettes that are considered ‘office appropriate’. It would really great to see your take on this!

I’ve been watching UA-cam videos since 2008. I started with makeup videos, then fitness, then cooking. One thing I never searched for was “fashion” per se. In 2020 I got one of your videos as recommended and WOW. I can honestly say in the 15 years I’ve been on UA-cam I’ve never came across someone who’s actually contributed to my life through views. I had the wrong concept about what fashion is- ultimately because of fast fashion. I always thought “it’s not for me.” And without even realizing this led to years of depression because I never felt myself. Although I started following you 3 years ago just now have I truly began committing to building my capsule wardrobe. It’s interesting how just by getting rid of what doesn’t make you feel good makes the first big change. 2023 is the year I begin investing in myself. I would like to know how you look after your clothes, because I would like to invest on quality pieces, but those often require hand washing, or dry cleaning, or they cannot go in the dryer, or can't be ironed (what's up with that!?) and for a working mom with three young boys, I need to be able to throw things in the washer and dryer, without worrying about them shrinking! Any advice? PS: Those belts are everything!
I have the same views about clothes. I feel like my body is my canvas and the items in my wardrobe are paints and i get up everyday and express my emotions and individuality in my outfits. Not jist that but i feel that way in many aspects of life in my food n the way i design my home. Its an extension of myself and i enjoy being able to express myself through those things.
I'm a chef, so I never compromise on good food, but when it comes to other areas of my life I feel like it's easier to compromise on price etc. What are some things you would and would never compromise?!

Yep! I realized I needed more one-on-one help with a trainer to teach me what my macros should be, and how to be more efficient in the gym, as well as the accountability. Zack goes with me and it’s been an amazing journey.
