I love love love this tutorial! Especially the fact that you are using water based acrylic paints and not gel polish with acetone. In my opinion that would be dangerous to breath in as it atomized, so I feel this is a safer option, and I love it. Thank you for the tutorial, and you now have a new subscriber! 🙂🧡💛💚💙💜

How do you clean out the paint cup?
HI, I just started using an airbrush and I kept getting bubbles in the sprayed part. Do you know why?

Thank you LOLOL 😆 It's actually not as messy as you might think. I think I made more mess when doing Tshirts back when. I was over-spraying the canvas and getting it on the wall until I got the hang of it.

Question.... since u used paint instead of gel polish, did u add alcohol to the paint OR was it straight paints from the bottles? I loved the video! I broke my 1st airgun b4 1st use lol but now have 3 but only used it once n that was using gel n alcohol. I literally just ordered a box of acrylic paint so maybe I'll get better at airbrushing nails! ❤❤
You can use acrylic paint straight from the bottle, which is what I did. But also keep in mind that some acrylic paints need to be diluted with water because it can be too thick for the channels. So be sure to check labels. I bet your airbrush gun is just clogged with gel. A lot of other people use acetone with gel - a mask should definitely be worn. Let your parts soak in acetone to clean it (will have to do it several times at this point) and I'd be interested to know how it turns out
@@PickYouColornailchannel omg thank u for the advice, I just got my paints today n wanted to check to see if u replied b4 I began. Oh the first one I broke by taking it apart. It's fine and yes I too used gel n acetone the one n only time I tried airbrushing n it did ok but if I can just use straight acrylic paint that's great! Question tho, acrylic paint just air dries, right? Then once dried top with gel top coat and nuke?
