緑に包まれた非常に美しい境内にある階段を登った先に観音堂があります。
花木が多く、お参りする季節によって様々な表情を楽しむことができそうで、また季節を変えて訪れたいお寺の一つです。
The Kannon Hall is located at the top of a flight of stairs in the extremely beautiful grounds surrounded by greenery.
There are many flowering trees, and depending on the season you visit you can enjoy different expressions, making this a temple you'll want to visit in different seasons.
法雲寺から観音院への道のりは秩父巡礼道の中で最長区間です。
The route from Houun-ji to Kannon-in is the longest section of the Chichibu Pilgrimage Route.
徒歩６時間(18Km)が目安です。徒歩で巡礼する場合、途中の休憩や観音院の境内（入り口から300段の階段を登った先に観音堂があります）を
お参りした後に、最寄りのバス停まで歩くと場合によっては６時間以上の道のりになるかと思います。
また、江戸巡礼古道を通り、贄川の沢を越える場合はなどは橋のない川を越える必要があり、起伏がある道ですので安全に気をつけてください。
The estimated walking time is 6 hours (18km). If you choose to walk, it may take more than 6 hours if you stop to rest along the way, visit the grounds of Kannon-in Temple (the Kannon Hall is at the top of 300 steps from the entrance), and then walk to the nearest bus stop. Also, when walking along the Edo Pilgrimage Road and crossing the Niegawa River, you will need to cross rivers without bridges, and the road is hilly, so please be careful.

装備をしっかりとご準備の上、ご自身の体力に合わせて、場合によってはタクシーやバス、宿泊施設などを利用する計画を立てるなどして、
