Its actually the best model of KIA Cerato\Forte\K4 since 2010 in my opinion. I had a 2011 Cerato sedan and my friend had 2011 Cerato Koup (the 2 door) We had a banger of a "childhood" with those cars and they look slick at the time. Both were used for 10 years and sold with around 110 000 miles. We had no problems with it all. The only thing we didnt like is the back sway bar suspension and rough+a bit loud suspension work on small bumps. We both had naturaly espirated engines and I even installed an LPG (Liquid petrolium gas) kit on mine which basically drops your fuel costs by 45-50% in expence of around 10% less power and ocasional additional service. You could switch between gas and lpg on the fly so its not like i was restricted to one or another. The additional gas tank is installed instead of your spare tire (round metal gas tank)

The Kia K4 is pretty cool! It offers a good balance of comfort and performance, plus it has a modern look. It's got features like advanced safety tech, a spacious cabin, and decent fuel efficiency. It’s great for daily driving and has a nice infotainment system too.
I’m assuming Kia will come out with a GT that will offer more power. The Forte GT was the top, now they only have the GT Line for the K4 which leads me to believe they are leaving room for a full bore upcoming GT.
i doubt it. they have a gt line non turbo then the gt line turbo. the gt line turbo will be the top i can almost garuntee because of increased mpg expectations they have no reason to make a performance model it wouldn’t sell well. for example the stinger was an amazing car but got killed off quickly because it didn’t sell.
I don't think so. They'll almost certainly do a "Sonata N-line" approach where this is the top model. (It's extremely counter-intuitive since the K5 GT is a whole new engine and major changes vs the K5 GT-line [which is just the regular 1.6 with the GT appearance] I wish they'd stick to a consistent designation.)

Not exactly. I can't quite figure it out myself but the EPA doesn't measure city MPG and highway MPG to divide by 2.
