After 35 days how do we keep them? If you dont finish the eggs in 35 days do u still keep it in the salted water jar or we have to take them out and store them somewhere else?
Take out the eggs from the salted water. Wipe dry and store in the fridge. But do not keep for too long as these are homemade and no preservative 😊 Alternative, you can also keep in the salted water, cool dark place. The egg whites may be very salty if you keep too long..

Hi Kevin, yes. Same way. I would suggest to taste the chicken between day 24-30. As chicken egg shells is thinner as compared to duck eggs, if submerge too long, it will get saltier 😄

I hope it won't destroy teh eggs:( I see now that it should be kept shorter time under sunlight in afternoon and i left it longer

Another question. We don't have access to rice wine. What should I use in lieu of it? Will Vodka do? Vodka too is very high in alcohol content.
