On my second ever visit to the Cairngorms in 1980, I camped just off the summit of Mullach Clach a’Blair for 3 nights one Whitsuntide, where I enjoyed the most amazing cloud inversion for the whole four days.
Cairngorms, first you walk and walk and walk........ than you on the top and than the walk again :D. Love them still, having a bike handy is always great solution. Great film, great weather.
Love the Cairngorms, tough at this time of year though.. thanks for watching 😁

@@ScottishMunroJourney 83 James. managed to catch this Covid thing and nearing the end of my 10 days at home. Hopefully it hasn't affected my fitness too much but I have felt knackered! Still hopeful for a 100 this year 😉

Was good to see the views on this one. We did it three weeks ago with none lol. The glen is beautiful. As a parent to two dogs great to see you caring for your wee one..good for others to see too, especially with the warm weather currently. Look forward to seeing the one you were intending to do as that's one we have planned.
Thats a shame, I would say the Glen is the best part of the walk though 😀 It's sometimes easy to forget that heat can be dangerous, especially with the lack of water we have had recently, but luckily there was a few pools up there 😀
Looking forward to doing Stob Ban in the next few weeks, it looked great from the Ring of Steall, enjoy when you do it!

Nice one James. Stunning shots. Glen Feshie is guid like. I did these in 2 separate trips anaw. Better that way I think. Options for different circuits and Munro Tops if your bagging them 😉
