The fact that they wont add two more player slots in base ER is astounding to me.
Im pretty sure it's their eac implementation that is holding everything back.
From what i heard ps4 and xbox one have hardware deficiency compared to next gen and pc and therefore can not handle 6 players in the open world
@@Leonardo-my5mp if you are pvp-ing on ps4 or xbox one you arent able to run on 60 frames either, so yeah obviously.

@@crackededge9351 yea it is, but like. I have the first gen ps4, i can barely run ds3 at 30 frames i think attempting ER pvp would be a joke. So its totally understandable but extremely annoying.

The new dlc is going to be massive, I wouldn’t doubt bigger than the OG release. Because everyone knows what it is now. People who didn’t want to try it before will now try it. A mod like this will only attract more people to the mod, not the game itself

I've always said er is like a mini moba game 5v5 arena would be 🔥 or 3 man pve squads getting invaded more with also more players to help the invader

What do you mean by 5? Er open world multiplayer is only 4 players at max. Host + 2 allies and 1 invader

So this is just one giant confirmation that Fromsoft is completely incompetent when it comes to network coding. Like viciously incompetent and should just outsource the job. No reason that a slightly more tamed and "expensive" version of this couldn't be in the game, and there's no lore implications as to why it can't be done either like the former Soulsborne games.
I wouldnt say they are incompentent. Seamless also just uses steam api. They just give a shit about the multiplayer experience as long its working half way.

They did give a shit at least once if they went out of their way to have eac, but im pretty sure this one was only to reassure the public after their huge server exploit fail.
@@thegk-verse4216 Things like eac issue wont get fixed when nobody tells the developers to do so. Some managers set other goals than pvp stability and thats it. A CE enjoyer recently told me that he cant crash people with fast message spam anymore and thats most likely because of the RT update. So they can definitely improve pvp but theres nobody who sets it as a priority.
@@frvi3502 Eac didn't have to be fixed, it had to be working properly *at release.* After that, they have been told to fix it for months like a lot of other issues.
Of course they were able to fix a few bugs, thanks goodness they aren't totally useless on that aspect. But considering they already didn't do much online wise, I find it hard to believe that they didn't at least attempt to put 6 players sessions on that game description. There are a few games that barely care about their online with tons of issues, but how many maim their own online with an anti cheat ? That's a copious amount of multiplayer disdain, even for them.
Also on that RT update, I have to choose between them improving their anti cheat and them breaking something. Maybe im malding.

Also saw at the end people using Torrent which makes damage on horseback better for the ring! This mod is amazing.
Never checked seamless out because I don't know what gets you banned yet in this game, but this looks great.
And also, 100 player limit when Fromsoft?
It doesnt, it pretty much airgaps your maingame saves from it and all of your seamless co-op characters can only be seen when launching with the mod. Its very fun and worth a try
nothing can get you banned in this game
yeah it prevents you from connecting to Froms matchmaking servers (oh boy if seamless devs made their own, lol no reason to play normal ER ever again) and it also uses different save file extension and runs with Easy Anti-Cheat disabled so no matter what you do when using seamless, you wont get banned.
Seamless co-op uses separate save files so you don't need to worry about being banned

So that boss arena gamemode is basically cyberbullying against bosses.

Boss rush mod where bosses have comically massive HP and poise, but you can still melt them with percentage-based damage, is ridiculous. I'm glad there is no such thing in the vanilla game, bosses are simply not designed to fight that many players at once. On the other hand, the idea of battle royale is great, though it's obvious that there you will find only the same meta shenanigans that ruin actual PVP and whine that it's bad. Increased player limit doesn't fix balance issues, but some people will play seamless coop and still blame only FS for everything because it's a mainstream.

99% of PC players are on seamless coop, official game is officially dead. Invasions are not available anymore.

The damage scaling bosses do is really low. Other than that BOSS RUSH looks great
Big team battles divided by Factions would be amazing. Choose a deme God to fight for and all spawn in to open world combat across large area of map.

Just startes this game together with a friend yesterday. Does anybodyelse also notices little frame stutters when you are the host? Running the game on a rtx 3060ti in 2k resolution with no raytracing. Steam overlay says it is constantly running with 60fps but from time to time it starts to stutter a bit. Maybe anybody has the same issue here?
