Revamping my setup once again! After this dyno it was validated by my tuner that the TB and manifold must go, as well as installing some larger injectors - FIC1440's!
Good question, the reason I even have two tuners is to narrow down which company I believe is best for me and it's interesting to see/feel the difference(s) between them. I originally was tuned with PBD to get something better than Procharger's canned tune. Never had issues but as time passed and I seeked more power. I bought a Holley/GT350 TB, headers, and other parts, and PBD ran into several issues to the point they just 'straight out' gave up after a few revisions (revamping Shoemaker's tune)- said, "your car is at fault." So, instead of throwing money on parts I reached out to Wengerd where he asked if he could "give it a shot" (testing his tune free of charge) and to my surprise, he solved it within a single try! Best thing so far with Wengerd is he's willing to dive into his tune to help you out, going that extra mile! Such as: working with me to dial in the drivability due towards the GT350 TB and making sure my cruise control works on my T56 swap, but little things I am still having him look into, since it's not perfect - by my standards. Till now I've been rolling on his tune for over a year. But fast-forward to only a few months ago, I got back ahold of PBD when I upgraded to the D1X and we agreed to start from scratch since they redesigned their tune once Shoemaker left, and it was very noticeable. Everything started off well and I am sure my setup would have been nicer if I gave them more time to clean up their tune, but they just couldn't figure out my cruise control for my T56; and after three or four tries they once again gave up. :/ Oh, well, I decided to make it official and ended my tuning with PBD after this video was uploaded. Sure, the car "felt better" but they claimed the CC won't work because of voltage differences but... Wengerd figured it out within the first revision so I'm going to stick with a tuner who puts in the extra time. -- So, moral of it all, PBD isn't a bad company but don't go too wild since once they have to do something 'outside the usual', they give up. Now saying that, Wengerd (Daryl) is willing to help but it may just take some time to dial in everything. Very easy to talk with as well. And while working with Daryl we both agreed it was time for me to "ditch" the Holley and GT350 throttle body to gain some torque and have just better drivability all around. Sure, the setup looks good (imo) but it truly is looks over function. So, I am going back to a 2021+ (black top) manifold and stock TB with some larger FIC1440's. Stay tuned!
@devious5.0 Good to know thx for the detailed response. I'm considering getting a new tune and Wengerd is on my short list because of his relationship with Ken at HPR. Ken swears by his tuning and uses him exclusively.

Nice! Pretty quick for sure.
Such a beauty❤
Much appreciated, Katie!
Lets see some dragy pulls!
nice
Any difference between how the car drives with the different tunes?
