I don't think Zac is going to avoid Saleh or another big personality out of fear of being outshined. He's a genuinely humble guy and what matters most in this decision is results in year 1. If the new DC doesn't deliver results in year 1, Zac is out. That presents such a narrow path for possible success that all other concerns are cast aside.
issue will be pay. Saleh could come here, work autonomous as that is how the DC works under Zac, turn the D around in 2 years, prob pick up a SB win and he’s off to another HC job. But the issue is pay
@@TheColoradoHouseWrangler I think he had a 5 year contract with the Jets. Unsure if they're still paying on that for another 2 seasons. Bengals might get him on the Vonn Bell discount.
I think you mean, "Who will be the scapegoat for Zac's incompetence next year." Zac isn't on the hotseat. The seat isn't plugged in in Cincinnati. The Bengals are like the US Government: Scapegoats come and go while the real reason we're failing never changes.
Lou was used as a scape goat for zac taylor so sadly he might not get salah. But we NEED Salah. He record proves it and hes on a redemption arc foreal. We need that and power through next season we need bengals to go on a big win streak like the cheif did but without the help of the zebra team
If he was smart, he would bring Selah in cause we know what kind of defense he can put together. We need a attitude guy on defense that has been proven. Please don't bring back Mike Zimmer either. We need fresh new blood for that Defense
Wade Phillips did well for the Rams. Proven leadership who can bring in talent. Robert Saleh is the dream hire. Jets defense wasn’t special but they were solid.
@@kingalbert513 Exactly. It was Katie Blackburn, who is Mike Brown's daughter.Who made that decision. She is running the team now.Not 90 year old Mike Brown.Even Brown as said as much.
You have to be able to develop your young talent. Yea they have young guys but no reason certain guys make noise in college & they drop off on the next level. Like what's up with Miles Murphy & why hasn't he took off on that Dline as Big as he is ?
need a d-coord that will hold the offense accountable. I say go for a RAH-RAH guy. Defense need an identity. Our offense has an identity of some sort...our defense is labeled soft. #WhoDey
Zach Taylor does not take accountability for his coachs and players since he is still the head coach of the bengals…he is like the captain of a star ship (Star Trek)…but he stays lol…what a joke this franchise is
The Bungles are a poverty organization. You don’t have a coordinator problem- you have a GM and ownership problem. If you can’t identify and select high upside players in late rounds you will never find success. you just fired your best coach. You can’t coordinate crappy players.

First time listener, I really enjoy your channel dude!!
A coach with some fire behind his play calling yes!
Can almost guarantee, it will be a guy no one has heard of, to save money.
don't underestimate Robert Livingston!

Aubrey would be a really good hire. Al Golden would also be a good hire. Golden has some history with a few of the Cincy starters.

Trade for Sauce and get Robert Saleh
Would be awesome. It’s a dream.
Correct malik je doesn't want to be threatened
I do get that from Zach in regards of a strong personality....but CINCY needs it along with what you laid out.
I think Zac hires Dennis Allen. Already has ties with him and Allen is a significant defensive coach. I wouldnt mind Saleh eitger
One name think about this Marvin Lewis as DC
IMO the two front runners are Al Golden and Robert Livingston.
Staley?? Fuck no....
Why is zach Taylor still the head coach of the bengals????!
Because the family like him

I think u guys have marvin lewis!!
saleh will be next jaguars next HC ... you hear it first from me
Who cares if jack dele rio has a dwi and Rex wants head coach job and we do need that
I think Mike Zimmerman might be good
Saleh or bust
