    I've welded some razor blades tig and stick, it takes patience. I'm still working on the cans with tig. Fun projects

    Watching you try to weld glass to steel, punctuated with the sound of broken glass crashing to the floor, was really funny. Props to you for giving it a go. Another adventure in welding.

    Welding ‘final boss’ challenge.
    I’m gona try to do the razor blades on my 210 everlast as soon as I get some itty bitty filler rod. I already have itty bitty tungsten from an Amazon order after a few too many garage drinks

    I taught myself how to tig by welding razor blades with a cheap harbor freight DC tig welder. I actually got pretty good.

    stick welding aluminum and making it a decent weld and appear as such should be on here.

      If it works it works right? Definitely better setups for welding aluminum but just rolled with it.

    I do aero so this is everyday thin for me my certs on stainless is .020"
    aluminum is .030"
    my aluminum braze is .018" nickle braze is .012" but stick welding fml bro
