It’s not a burnout rockets launch in stages because the different propellants mix at different timed intervals this was a 3 stage rocket once the propellant chemicals mix in the first and second stages the third activates a thrust stage and as soon as this occurs it commences immediate liftoff with this type rocket there is no electric ignition source it is all done in the firing sequence.

yeah, that looked very stupid and dangerous, with people so close, you never know if there is something faulty and all the fuel could either detonate or burnout without taking off.
