I did a large floor for Cray Research, a super computer manufacturer, about 40 years ago. Worked great except where they were cleaning printed circuit boards. The solvent fumes turned the floors sticky. It was like walking on fly paper. Like all computer companies, Seymour Cray.died and his company was gobbled up by a bigger company
In the USMC we saw brooms, swabs and buffers way before and more often we saw any rifles. I thought I had signed up for a custodian force for a while. .
Yes I like your videos and I am subscribed , And your floor looks great. I also thought that sander was gonna kick somebody's but there for a minute. lol.
I always love looking for that point where you 'missed a bit' in your videos ... I know you haven't, but I love that you put them in, and I'm fairly sure by now that's a deliberate thing
The floor looks good we had it on the forklift road ways in the Black & Decker factory I worked in here in the UK 🇬🇧. It was over 500,000 sq ft in size, it wears well, if its a similar product. I've watched your channel for quite some time now and thought that you have a family who knows how to work together. Well done to you all.
wow! first, congratulations on being able to actually clean out the garage! I'm still working on that one! it seems a nearly impossible goal. lol. It was nice to see the whole family pitching in and doing the "garage seal boogie ballet". i noticed the guys were in t shirts and the gals were bundled up! Backpaks? For some it would seem a wasted project when there is so much more to seemingly needed doing, But It is necessary and it is now behind you. The summer is coming and you are now ready to move forward. Well done.
Buffers are actually very easy to operate. You just need to find that sweet spot between raising & lowering the handle. Pushing forward or pulling back is not really an option for ease of use. Right or left only. If you want to go in one particular direction, you just have to stand at 90° to that direction you want the buffer to go. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Got a good laugh watching your son wrestle with the buffer.🤣
This guys is working his backside off and his arms and legs are probably feeling the muscle burn AND then you have his wifie laughing in the background and teasing him??? She's one brave lady for sure LOLOLOL and funny. The floor looks AWESOME!!! Great job all for sure a family effort. God bless you all.
That hardener is good stuff. We trained Costco how to use it on their concrete floors when they build the new buildings. You should have used the floor buffer to agitate it without letting it dry out to get better results and easier than the push brooms. After you rinse, if you buff it with a high speed propane powered buffer with a hog hair pad, it will shine really nice with no need to put a sealer.
@@bustedwagonranch4546 I figured so. Your floor looks great though. Way easier to keep clean and the process you used will help prevent stains from oil and all the projects you work on in there.
Great work, video, looking around before you buy is always a plus, guy over the road might want to check this out too, lol, nice to see the girl again helping, need some more Jeep updates too, Later
it looks amazing and should last a long time. this spring and summer should be a lot of fun for folks after this past winter. thanks for sharing and have a great day as well
working in a warehouse was instilling conveyors their they did epoxy the floor too the person that was looking after the job was a clean freak wore out the epoxy finish from the floor
I laughed when the young bloke nearly broke his back on the machine, I remember doing the same fifty plus years ago doing exactly the same. But we worked it out pretty quick and in a hour be could do it right one eyed and half asleep.
Yes that has always been the plan. We wanted the shop done first so we could have a place to build a really nice timber frame home. My brother just gave us a bunch of walnut logs to do our hammer beam trusses in the house.
Everyone needs to see and know that Family Loving Hard Working Souls Exist. Thank you for sharing your vlog.

Love how the buffer was taking your son out for a walk :)

Family that works together stays together... 🐶💖
Ah, the floor buffer…. Spent many the day behind one of those when I was in the Army, buffing and waxing floors in the barracks. LoL!!!

Don't fight the buffer it's easy. Lift up the handle it goes left, push down the handle it goes right!
I thoroughly enjoyed an appreciated ☺ you sharing this wonderful experience as always. Love your family life vlog

That's Tel who mindee is laughing at. She would love to catch me on video struggling with something like that.
Would love to say you missed a bit but you didn't, not a spot. Great work and respect to ya from Yorkshire (UK).
Very nice hard work guys! For a moment there I thought we was going to see the buffer taking off with your son flying holding onto it. Xs &
Y'all sure were doing some fancy dancing with those brooms!
All you needed was a Keystone Cop directing traffic when everyone was brooming in the floor 👍

I was planning on doing that but trying to find the propane buffer is impossible where we live.
