I think cosmos is really really close to getting in a really consistent high level place, he's getting more comfortable and he's way closer getting 9th these last two majors.

You don't have to force Pyra against Fox. There is value in using her in this mu (see what Shuton does), but imo she's best in mid percents, specifically when you have a read on a habit you know you can hard punish.
If Fox is above 120% and you're struggling to take the stock literally just go Mythra. Her kill potential is just as effective because he's way too light. Up air off the top will kill. Fsmash will kill. Up smash will kill. Even neutral b will kill eventually.
Imo that's why cosmos lost (the first game at least,) but overall it's an even mu and Light was just playing hotter.
These two are so ridiculously good. And seeing a match where both players have already practically downloaded each other is a whole different ball game.
