Buffalo '66 is in my top 20 films but it's like he channeled every piece of his humanity into that film...almost like he was secretly hoping it would heal him or something. It didn't work though and as a result, he became even more bitter and was no longer interested in making films with that same energy. Brown Bunny isn't as bad as some people say but it's like a botched attempt at slow cinema and largely suffered due to his lack of trust in other creatives. Then his third and probably final film, which I'm one of few people to actually see at Venice, felt off in almost every way possible. Based on his recent ramblings, there is no way he can return to the '97 Gallo, who was decisive for sure but not completely loony.
he made one good movie almost 30 years ago. I think we should hold back praise until until he does at least one more good movie. The praise he got clearly went to his head
Good for Vincent. Honesty is so critically important. This world is in a state of helplessness and genocide because we chose tolerance for things we've known were wrong. A Vincent Gallo just tells it like it is. Much better than false kindness. And by the way, Vincent got down in the trenches after 9/11 to offer his services as a welder. I work in film and my lead actress knew him in NYC. She had nothing but great things to say about him.

Feels like a bit of a front… he’s so honest with his art (Buffalo 66) and it’s a bit of a bummer to hear the disdain he has for the place he’s from. I’m sure it was painful in a lot of ways but he produced art that was a reflection of the world he was born into and raised in. “Leaders take people where they don’t want to go” - Vincent Gallo
@@mumkaimusicdoesn’t sound like you’ve been around too many artists mate… selfish, self-destructive at times, abusive to collaborators, temperamental, stubborn, obsessive… need I go on?
What a peach to work with... Huston probably earned every cent dealing with this morose "artist" who hasn't worked in a decade. He calls Oliver Stone a drug addict when he himself looks like a meth head.
Twenty mins into The Brown Bunny, what a miserable pos. Worse than Buffalo 66 if that's possible. Not sure I can keep watching it's so fkn boring and uninteresting.
There's only a handful of interviews, if that, so thanks!
this is amazing, might be peak Gallo
Aura
post 66 pre bunny is definitely peak gallo
Thank you so much for uploading this
“My brother the mediocre of a person that he is” lmao 😂 😂😂😂😂
@ it was funny. He said it so naturally.
This man is honestly awesome
Which one?
Whether you like him or not; his work speaks for itself. Gallo is a genius. Hope he makes more films.

Bunny Brown is the better movie. More thought provoking about a dysfunctional relationship that turned into a disaster
@@SallyMankus130 omg what was the final movie about and when did you see it??
@@SallyMankus130 Can you say anything more about that filmed that showed at Venice? What was it like?

Ye don’t be so gullible. It’s mostly just a bit that he lives. He is hilarious
Thank you
He was right about Brits
THANK YOU FOR UPLOADING THIS
ILove him
My favorite !!!!
This is so awesome
*looks at the camera* "I'm gay."
But of course all straight people should viewed as "normal" whats the last thing Gallo has done? Some totally normal crap for daily wire?
@@mumkaimusicdaily wire is controlled by you know who
Returning once again to say thank you thank you thank you for this upload
You’re welcome! Wish I recorded more TV back in the day
He's so handsome here omg
they were my thoughts 🥰🥰🥰
This was like 20 years ago.
Always liked Julie delpy
The definition of a no fucks to give person that is Vincent Gallo 😂
the older I get the more I love him
Excellent!!!
- Angelica Huston, that piece of .... was the most expensive thing on Buffalo 66
- 😂🇬🇧🇬🇧Noice!🇬🇧🇬🇧
Funny shes still working while really not a soul is even mentioning Gallo except desperate youtube channels...
Always liked Vincent gallo, a complete opposite to the mainstream Hollywood, he has always done it his way, a very cool guy x
this guy is so silly ….❤😊
god i need him
real 😔
He's hot and creative ❤
he doesnt like your kind
God I love him
I do it for the girls - Vincent Gallo 🤣🤣🤣
This is hilarious.
Why is he so weird? Why do I like him so much.
REAL
He's not as "weird" as he is uninhibited. Gallo has no fear. Well, who knows, maybe he fears balloons or turkeys, but people he fears not.
@@eminou-s4i When did "no fear" just mold into "asshole" I am pretty sure he fears a lot of things - gay people for one.
'I have a record of every person who's ever hurt me in my life in any way' hahaha I love VG.
5 minutes of Gallo talking trash about other people.
Yea ! Fking brilliant😂
i want him so bad
😂
vincent gallo is awesome
An unusually interesting human being

Hes acts and sounds like some one insufferable to work with. Just his presence will leave a stain on any project.

He’s just playing the role of the artist. It’s actually really funny. His films are about narcissism.
He's the best 🎉
isn't it interesting how fearful we are of honesty?
What did he call bruce weber?
probably what he is known to be.
what censored word did he used to describe Oliver Stone? 'Left-wing ____'? Lip-reading isn't helping me.
"Drug addict"
shia laboof and that guy from pineapple express wish they were this guy
Shia is real crazy, real uninhibited. This guy’s just a man child who can make a joke.
..lol he just called Angelica Huston a piece of shit.

Is he really gay??
No.. he dated Chloe Sevigny
He's not left wing, he is a Trumper
Him not doing anything for a decade and then suddenly popping up in a Daily Wire film speaks for itself.

Arizona Dream is one of the best films ever made.
