How do you process your reishi? I'm a tea person myself

@@bigtoebushcraftwildforagin1970 I slow and low simmer the reishi in water for a few hours and then blend the entire thing in my vita-mixer to form a slurry. I’ll also add turkey tails and Chaga to the mixture as well. I then add a few tablespoons of slurry in my morning matcha tea, as well as adding to my oatmeal breakfast, or into smoothies. I’m not sure if this is the best way to absorb into my body, but I notice the anti inflammatory effects and use this as a part of my anti cancer regimen. Perhaps you have insight into the best way to absorb into your body.

@@Derek-hf4dn That's Awesome! I never thought to put them all together....and I honestly think you are doing the right thing. As far as I know, the best way to absorb nutrients is through our GI system. Great process.

Welcome & Thank-you! Nice to have you along for the ride. I have been in tune with nature all my life & have a BaSc background, which has helped in my knowledge, but mostly research & more research from many different sources

Oh hey that's the first time I've seen the fruiting bodies of Chlorociboria aeruginascens. I've seen the mycelium stained wood plenty but just never ran into it while it was fruiting.
