Beware this system is infamous for freezing and having to be unplugged and restarted which destroys your movie viewing pleasure. A great fix that most consumers are unaware of is that it can be integrated with other systems. For example you can connect another bluray player's HDMI out to TV into the LG HDMI in and use the LG out to TV. This way you have a secondary bluray that will not likely freeze up on you but you still get all the surround sound benefits and great picture
Hi sir, the problem is the arc function randomly restarting while you watching Netflix or UA-cam from TV. I had the same hdmi problem with lg-hisense-samsung tvs. You don't need an extra bd device, it's about the ht-tv connection sir.
Can someone please help me? I have this surround sound system and also an Xbox One S and a Samsung Ue65KS8080 TV. But (I think) since I have the Xbox One S I can't change in the audio settings of my Xbox to Surround Sound 5.1 or 7.1. Just Stereo is possible. There is always an error popping, my surround sound system wouldn't support 5.1 / 7.1 which is not true... What did I wrong? I tried it with HDMI Cables as well as with Optical... Ive had over 4 years now, while great system has been plagued with freezing issues from day 1 (YES LG YOU DID NOTHING TO REMEDY ISSUE) but then again like LG once they have your cash they are not interested & fob you off or better still try to get you to upgrade??? LG support sucks big time just remember that :(

Ive never been able to load disks. I have no idea why. Ever since new, it doesn't take any disks into the slot.
