- Today on Studiotronics, we're making a pool cue. The buyer of this cue requested something to honor his family's pet. Not only that, but he supplied the wood, which was gathered and dried from his family's various properties.
This particular cue is 19 ounces, carbon fiber shaft, Kamui soft tip. Made with love in Austin, Texas. EO Cues

reminds me of one of my first cues , wich had a wolf on it. was one of those 90s mc dermott with that design in form of a "sticker" printed on. definitely not as complicated as your great craftsmanship. btw if i would see you in front of your shop with your blue crocks and your catrocket t shirt, i would call the fashion police;)))

how do the flat pieces of wood for inlays get put into the round cue seamlessly?

No fancy designs except for my initials and of course, your logo. I like it plain and without any wrap. Just use various pieces of wood. I'm willing to wait for a year....even more if necessary. I watched and rewatched your videos these past recent years and I constantly eagerly await your new ones since there are so few....

curious why use anything but epoxy (gorilla glue used)?=
I use fast epoxy, slow epoxy, thin epoxy, thick epoxy. Cyanoacrylate. Black cyanoacrylate. Gorilla glue. PVA. Titebond II, Titebond III. They all have their place, depending on what step I’m on. When coring, gorilla glue is recommended because it expands. It is cost effective, can fill voids if necessary, and not impact the overall weight at all.
