I can’t wait to see what Eli can do outdoors on the yami, we saw what Dylan did last year and Eli was on a bike he wasn’t comfortable on and in races still beat him or was pressuring him after a shit start. His switch to yami was definitely a good move.
Tomac is playing the long game, he knows he doesn't have to win every race. He was smart didn't push it and got his points on a track that is not his style
ET was all over him until he had a scare in the whoops and decided to back down, and they rubber-banded a bit afterward until the final laps. That was smart; Eli went into the night with an 11 point gap over 2nd, and left with a 12 point gap. The potential risk of pushing for the win on a track that was claiming riders all night is just not worth 3 more points. They're both riding great, and I expect that one of them will be wearing the #1 next year because they're clearly the best guys all-around right now.
@@mxwells216 yeah one bad race, but take out all 4 races that jason either went down or got blocked pass and falled and hes over tomac in points, either way good run by eli, consistency is paying off
@@daniellarr4004 I don't do hypotheticals. Tomac has been good this year and he deserves it. Like they've always said you gotta have friends in these races
JA and ET are my 2 favorite riders so I am torn. JA is so great to watch when he’s riding like this… I am concerned that he rides so loose and carefree that it will eventually bite him. I don’t feel like he took much wind out of ET because I think Eli knows deep down that he wasn’t talking as many risks as JA was.
Yo when Eli tried his block pass in the corner Anderson was like nope and straight reversed it on him and roosted him! it was one of, if not the sickest move ive seen!
You know, and I think that I can speak for everyone, we all got to witness one of the Great SX Races at A3. An Anderson Holeshot and Eli only a second or two behind !! Those first few laps were Amazing. The Slip-Back-Pass was where the Big Dicks were on display ! I think that both Eli and Anderson are going to be Smart through the season. They both know that they can't be strong every race. I think that we may get to witness a phenomenal season.
Yeah Eli is definitely thinking about the full picture. He said he lost a little confidence in the whoops so he backed it down a little. That's just smart. Meanwhile Anderson almost kills himself in the whoops 10 laps in a row and with his lucky horseshoe he never went down.
94, is just rolling though. He's done ✔️ BUMMED but kenny is 9 time champ on 2 continent's. Sad I'd love to see ET3, and ROCCO battle. Such speed, AND HONOR.
JA21 is gonna take this years title. When he is riding this well and having fun doing it, he is in a perfect spot. I’m sick of hearing how Eli wasn’t comfortable or happy on the Kawasaki, he looked pretty comfortable and happy when he was winning all them races on the green bike. He is still a monster on 2 wheels and will be fighting for it till the end but I think JA21 will take it this year
Don't think this is the case at all. Next race while Eli is winning Jason will have a big whoopsie moment somewhere as he has done just about at every race. Those whoops were gnarly for everybody because someone forgot to turn the hose off.
Ya Anderson seems to ride a little above himself and making mistakes every race. Even in qualifying and heat race just sloppy moments. Eli on the other hand is fast but fluid and hardly ever makes those mistakes.
@@carisi2k11 But still winning, i like both, Eli is smooth to watch, but when ive watched Anderson this year im like ...WOOOW LETS GO Team Green! leaving it all out there on the track every race is putting your best forward, thats the whole point, stop dogging him because he beat Eli again, they will all have good and bad days and the season if far from over...

Yeah I remeber when I had a Mexican stand off with hamster racing. He was holding my bike hostage after a rebuild. I went to his house with baby girl melo and he stood no chance with me.
Anderson would have taken him out, Eli played him with the Overall. Anderson needs to stop taking people out for the win, Most cases it ends bad even on him
Big Dicked?.....no, he got lucky.....Tomac just bidded his time waiting for a face plant. Anderson on the Kaw is faster, but he's been sketchy managing it....Eli settled for 2nd, Jason lucked-out in the whoops

Great for the sport him going to Yamaha
If he maintains being comfortable then everyones in trouble outdoors. I think it'll be him and Dylan dominating and going back and forth.

That was the gnarliest whoop section ever. Literally
Ando is riding at a higher risk.
Because his confidence is high.
Eli's very smart 'pappa' taught him that less can be more sometimes, during his dirt bike, shredding, development.
