    I have been listening to this one daily, very relaxing and calming. I find the pace just fine as I sometimes get fidgety when the pace is slow. But that preference can vary from day to day. Each new video you release seems even more perfect than the previous one. 🙌

      Aww what a lovely message - I’m happy this one is helping you. And yes - pacing is so individual, and even with the same person, it can change from day-to-day. It’s such a great reminder to simply be with the experience moment-to-moment. It’s always changing and different… and yet… beneath it all there’s also always something present, unchanging, aware. Keep going, Tom! 💪✨🙌
