- Saltburn is the newest movie that has viewers shocked of what they just watched. The movie is like a psychopathic thriller, as Oliver takes down the entire Catton family by killing most of them. Through out the movie, Oliver does some weird things, with the bathtub scenes and graveyard scene being the weirdest. Here’s what they mean.

The bathtub scene was absolutely disgusting. I've never looked away from a movie in disgust before but when he started slurping the dirty bath water full of dirt, grime, dead skin cells, shit particles and semen was enough for me to look away. Shit was disgusting man.

Shit got me wondering what if I was in keagans position and the person in the hot tub was scarlet johansenn or somthing would I do that? But the bathtub scene made me want to rip my eyes out

Either way,solid film with amazing cinematography and the acting by Barry,Rosamund & Jacob is fantastic 🛐

fr I’ve seen ripley but I saw this was an eighteen ( I’m 13) and not a 15 , went 'shit', and then realised how messed up it is so I ain’t watching it

I don't think Oliver wanted Saltburn from the beginning. He wanted Felix, he was obsessed with him. So when he understood that Felix didn't feel the same he killed him and the family out of jealousy. Almost like he wanted to BECOME Felix.

In this film it's not so much the shocking scenes in the bathtub or anything else that shocked me, what was more disturbing for me was the satire of these rich people who have just lost Félix and who act as if nothing happened was it violent, I said to myself are the rich are so cynical and sinister to the point of showing nothing and being so cold where is it to keep face? but honestly even among themselves they keep this mask coldness.This film is a mix of Romeo+Juliet by Baz Lurhman and cruel intention

No I thought that the movie had many beautiful scenes. I'm judging based on the subject matter, Oliver is an obsessive, compulsive, psychopathic person, and those scenes really expressed that. It's a beautiful concept, great screenplay.
