Those aftermarket valve springs are for the Kibblewhite SS valves. Someone swapped to stainless steel intake valves to improve longevity on that used cylinder head you have there. The springs have a different rate for a heavier valve.
I have a question: If the titanium valves are no longer tight and I'm not allowed to grind them in, do I need new ones? How do you machine the valve seats for the titanium valves? Or needed a new head?
I know this question is irrelevant to the video however i have just purchased a 2014 Honda Crf 450r and instead of the stock air forks that it should have the previous owner installed an MCR A inner kit. My question is does this kit require the same maintenance as the showa spring fork? The reason why I’m asking is because I’d like to know just what I’m dealing with when i need to replace seals on them.

That is a kibblewhite stainless intake conversion kit. They need heavier springs. So they give the dual spring kit
Thanks
Really enjoy your videos and the attention to detail. Thank you!

There are 2 hash marks on the flywheel. Which mark do you align with the case? 1st or 2nd hash mark? I believe 1is f for fire? And 2 is t tdc?
2nd one
What if there’s only one hash mark? I must have an aftermarket flywheel
