I Tried a Carnivore Diet for 30 Days and You Won't Believe the Results

- This interview introduces Helen Taylor who has a master’s degree in Genomic and Regenerative Medicine in Biomedical Science. Helen made the switch to carnivore lifestyle in February 2024. She talks about how a hysterectomy led her to learn more about diet and nutrition and how epigenetics plays a role in our health. Helen states that our bodies are like a library, remembering everything we put it through. Helen recalls her personal experience with some health issues and how it led her to question her health and that lead to studying epigenetics, which can predict disease and trauma. Transitioning to Carnivore improved Helen’s overall health, cleared her brain, calmed her down, reduced pain and inflammation, and helped her be more energetic and live in the present. She admits that it took a while for the results to show, but now she feels like she's been given a new life!
Helen is a biomedical scientist who specializes in cellular and molecular immunology. She shares how her interest in immune disorders, including thyroid issues and hormone imbalances, led her to focus on personalized medicine. She explains epigenetics and how it can help identify the root causes of health issues, and the importance of addressing environmental toxins, such as glyphosate, in our diet. She also discusses her own journey with a hysterectomy and how it affected her hormones, and how she loves carnivore for its simplicity and effectiveness.

Interesting and informative interview, thanks. It reconfirms the reason my diet revolves around sardines and grass fed ruminant full fat meat.
Thanks for the comment
Gross. Sardines really are tellling me not to eat them. Taste can be trusted once your body heals and we’re talking real food. Nothing makes me want that in my body. I reject and dismiss the wrong thinking that says it must be good if it tastes bad. Flip that 180 and you got it right. If it tastes bad it’s likely toxic.
Oh wow! Helen has just described my growing up and symptoms! 🥺 I agree no one questioned my symptoms and I’m sure my progesterone levels were low. I’ve commented as I’ve noticed my friends never question what medication they’re given, they don’t research symptoms or why they’re being given it! I’m of that age where all GPs want to put you on statins as a prevention and ALL my friends are on a statin and wonder why they feel crap! I tell my GP to shove it up their bum! Good job he has a sense of humour 🤣 I’m so sad for them. They can’t understand why I’m ketovore (rapidly turning to carnivore these days) and they think I’m going to die of a heart attack. Thanks for a great interview Stephen.
Our pleasure. Helen was a great guest
the first two sentences from this wonderful women made sense to me immediately .
❤
I got off the narrative wagon and climbed aboard the carnivore wagon and staying on it .
Good choice
Hi Coach Stephen ……just wanted to thank you so much for the Carnivore Conference.Lee and I had such a wonderful time meeting all you guys. Oh and thanks for signing my book…xxx by the way I’ve borrowed my younger Sons iPad……..xxx
Thanks for buying the book and this comment!
I'm the science. Trust me. Safe and effective, me. Don't question the science.
Ha ha, brilliant
60 lbs down on carnivore. It's wonderful!
I still hvnt lost any
Well done
How long have you been carnivore?
@CoachStephen 8 months. The weight is still coming off but much more slowly. The carnivore lifestyle is a complete paradigm shift from the SAD.
one can only heal from the inside out .
I had to hop in to comment on the qulity of the audio of your guest. So good. Yours is OK too, often the guests happen to shout to their laptops as they don't have streaming gear. 😂
It does make it nice, doesn't it?
Thanks
I do YT and live in Finland. Do you do carnivire videos in Finnish, because there's a massive need for it.
@@nigelwatson2750 I have been thinking of making a few. Up 'till now I've only done a few about other subjects. I did do one with a fella called Coach Lit on his My Life Is Awesome channel. Have a look. You can find me on the apps we talk about. 👍
Very very interesting
👊🙂👍
Thanks for the visit
My mum had a hysterectomy at 38, then was on meds. I know a woman locally who had a hysterectomy this year, at a similar age, and is now on meds that are giving her awful brain fog. I will do WHATEVER it it takes to avoid this. I'm 48 with a normal 28 day cycle. Carnivore for life.
For life for me too!
Good conversation. Thank you both
Thanks for the comment
Awesome interview and testimony….and her accent is lovely‼️
It is!
The sad thing is that many of the surgeries that are performed are done without trying to heal through diet. The disease management system wants to operate and drug people because it is profitable.
The medical idiots still think vegetables heal lmao.
I know, it's terrible
Now that's crazy isn't it
I have also noticed that more n more veggies are being put in pet foods which carbs are not needed for them as carnivores! Diabetes in pets has increased too. Its all about making money, either via Doctors or Vets.
Yes it's awful for dogs
Just give them meat....dogs in the wild do nt eat pea protein or blueberries!!!!😝
Thankyou both so much for such an interesting chat!!😊❤
Cheers
Great interview!
Thank you

Very interesting interview. ❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
I work in a secondary school and one of the lessons I’m involved in is catering. The pupils are taught how to make themselves meals. Sadly it includes carbohydrates and vegetable oils 😢.
That is very sad
Excellent thanks very much 😅
Our pleasure
Must be thousands of women who are forced into having a full hysterectomy. Many who should not have it. Thank God I was strong & listened to my auntie. 😮
👍🏻
Very interesting
Glad you think so!
Thanks
Welcome
With regards to feet, I noticed that my boots felt much looser.
Less inflammation
Mine got noticeably warmer, I've always had cold feet but not since going carnivore. 5 years now :)
@@sportysbusiness much better circulation too.
I’ve been mostly carnivore for a year…. Interspersed with a couple of ice creams and 3/4 ham and cheese croissants. I feel good and will be continuing in this mode.
I’m bemused by the idea that people say 100 years ago had far fewer chronic diseases but lived much shorter lives. Has anybody got some explanation for why this is so.
Sorry, I don’t even have to listen or read what happened to a human after being a carnivore for 30days!? Huh this is for you🥇
Very surprised they would do a large surgery and not do hormone analysis first??
I’m not surprised…. it’s the NHS!
I want to hear from carnivores who have been doing the diet for 30 years.
On my channel I have Rick who is 40 years carnivore, plus a guy called Rich Hall been at it 23 years. I have doctor Lisa I think 17 years. Also Anthony Chaffee has a lady 65 years carnivore. There's plenty over 10 years. I've been at it 6 years.
Coach Stephen can we ask her if she has any experience wit PEMF therapy to help the cells un clump and get the dead or sick be expelled with toxins?
Answer will be forthcoming
Sir I am suffering from Anhedonia, emotional blunting,PSSD due to psychiatric drug induced damage. How to recover 🙏🙏🙏
Has anyone been able to avoid loose skin that comes with a large weightloss?
Some people, yes. Not everyone
Yes more collagen
Fasting has helped and eating good fatty red ruminate meat. Staying hydrated as well
Got Seb Derm and tried carnivore. I felt great, but it seemed to cause hair loss for myself. Does Carnivore get rid of Seb Derm and will it cause hair thinning?
8 months on the carnivore diet. That's nothing. Let him speak when he is two years old, if he can endure it.
Her shiny high forehead definitely looks botoxed. Yet, she said, no chemicals. Confused.con 😅
It's having healthy skin from the proper human diet. I have people say similar things about my skin.
Agree
Much opinion and little science
My personal health issues would probably benefit from a more keto / carnivore-inclined diet, but I find some of the famous UA-camrs (mostly Americans or Australians) off-putting. Many seem to be pushing a kind of “ideology” in a very blinker-visioned fashion…that’s almost evangelical in its vehemence. Some are also cholesterol / statin sceptics to a deeply irresponsible degree….possibly because it suits their “mission” to repeatedly deny their part in the progression, or otherwise, of atherosclerosis.
the testimonies of millions on carnivore speak for themselves of the great results this will become an international pear reviewed study by its self .
@@oldbiker9739 Amen!
Statins are an awful unneeded medication in my experience. They shut down the cholesterol synthesis pathway which cut down so many essential mechanisms, such as vitamin D synthesis. I'm not into anything but people's health and if you look at the efficacy of statins the research is non existent. Family members who were prescribed them ALL had terrible side effects such as memory loss and muscle aches. I wouldn't touch them with a barge poll.
@@CoachStephen Don’t forget those who are born with the homozygous variant of Familial Hypercholesterolaemia. Statins can at least afford them a few extra years of life. You won’t hear the likes of Anthony Chaffee talking about that.
It is up to you to do the research…never mind what others say. YOU are your primary health provider. 🙂
Good luck!
Great interview!
Thank you
