To be fair Fonseca has done well to improve Milan’s possession and passing and now it was a perfect substitute to Cons. It’s like team going from phase 1 to phase 2, now team is not only deadly in Counter attacks but also v confident in build up and while holding possession. It’s as if Milan is taking best from both coaches
Fonsesca did not do anything. Players were not motivated. Tactics were shitty. He continiued to be manager because of Real Madrid and Inter games. That is all.
Good eye man. And inter were set up as a 352. Should have been a 532. I think Leao and Puli saw it. puli directed Calabria wide dragging the CB simultaneously as Leao made his run.
What an amazing analysis, hope your channel will grow, bruv! The only thing I'd mention is that it would be great to see you analysing videos, not only photos. I know there might be a copyright issue here, but I'd love to see you doing it if it's possible!
A coaches brilliance is more about their ability to communicate with the players than their tactics. This guy has been here a week and managed to get all of the players on the same page.
Rafa was revitalized. He looked like Messi out there and made his teammates look world class. Except for Pulisic who just is world class on his own and put out a clinical performance.
If Fonseca is in charge - we ain't coming back twice against Juve 1-0 and inter 2-0 both at HT. I honestly believe that, with Conceicao we are a bit less expansive/ more compact and we have far better shape in formation - visually it makes sense where you see players on the field even if they are out of position - it's in a position they have the versatility to cover. Conceicao I think rates this team better than most do including myself and I think that's the best thing to see in a manager so early in. Onto Cagliari now.
I'm a Milanista and I was very impressed by the way the team formed it's defense when the opposition attacked. Btw, great channel and professional content you provide 👏 👏
you are wrong about fonseca, his tactics were not wrong, its just the players were not on board, and you just cant do anything as a coach when you get stabed in the back
Did they know him personaly and hated him from before he came and decided to sabotege his career? Why are they on board with everything conceicao do and not much of what fonseca did? Also tactic is much larger term than how your players are placed on field. Its more than simple diference between 4-4-2 and 4-3-3 or 3-5-2. Its also how you use them. Pressing, who moves where and what objectives he has set for him. Under big preasure concencaio tactics prevented. Fonseca tactic generally failed. Few lucky scores and few decent games dont change the fact fonseca team failed and concencaio team succed. And it is obviously diference in their tactic because other than that its EXACTLY SAME TEAM.
Agree Fonseca has knowledge but not character to coach such a big club. Conceicao is not to be f...with and whole teams know it, he just has this aura around him that breeds confidence and calm.
Fonseca is NOT Milan's level. You guys need to stop crying and blaming the players. Fonseca is a super average coach. His time at Roma is evident of this. He's NOT a top 4 coach. His records are all there for all to see. He shouldn't have been hired in the first place.
People are way overreactin̈g to Conceicao. I'm a Milan fan but they did not destroy Inter at all. Inter easily could've had 4 or 5 goals if not for some brilliant saves by Maignan. And let's be honest, lucky to beat Juve as well. Fonsecas win over Inter was a better performance
Totally disagree Maignan at his near post is a liability in multiple goals last night vs Taremi, didn't have a chance on lautaro goal and also did fuck all against Yildiz, In both 2nd half's of both games we did better than Juve and inter. Nothing amazing but we deserved both results and Maignan didn't save us from anything just in these two games, we are a lot more defensively sound in these 2 games so far to Fonseca, the way Fonseca plays you cannot play open football in Italy for 38 games it will lose too many points in draws to teams who know how to defend.
Milan was very lucky vs Juve. And vs Inter it was a 50:50 game at the end. I saw no Revolution. But let s talk in one month when Milan lose to the Lecces of the world and everybody wants to sack SC. Fonseca won against Inter....the new Pep :D 2 games played and the hype train is rolling...
Destroyed?? Ac Milan got lucky that Inter missed so many opportunities. A 90th minute winning goal is not destroying an opponent. AC Milan got outplayed but Inter got ooutscored.
Coming from 2-0 down with less than 30 mins to play, and the amount of chances Milan created plus how Inter crumbled = destroyed. Inter were shown up yet again. Best team in the world? Not even the best team in Italy. Milan crucified Inter. Cry more! FORZA MILAN! 🔴⚫️
When you win the game against best team in Italy that has 2 goal lead, coached by Inzaghi, you can firmly say that Milan destroyed them in half an hour. Importance of Hakan is huge in this Inter side...the most important player for Inzaghi.
More of the credit belongs to Conceicao than Fonseca, Fonseca at a Madrid or man city maybe is better but for AC Milan we are a cup trophy club that prefer UCL to Titles and this team is being built for Europe it's clear I think to see, that's the goal maybe not the reality, but for it to become a reality in Europe the manager to appoint is Conceicao over Fonseca, AC Milan requires a bastard in charge who the players fear in a healthy way and that fits Conceicao to a tee. He can win trophies I think and he's done it in his first week in charge. ✅.
To be fair Fonseca has done well to improve Milan’s possession and passing and now it was a perfect substitute to Cons. Nice approach, i like the way you put it...
Fonsesca did not do anything. Players were not motivated. Tactics were shitty. He continiued to be manager because of Real Madrid and Inter games. That is all.
😂
What about pioli?
Last year we finished 2nd on the table, we didn't sell anyone important and this year we're 8th. Pioli made far far better than Fonseca.
If you watch the play back when Pulisic received the ball, he pointed where he wanted Calabria to go before he made the pass to Leao.
Good eye man. And inter were set up as a 352. Should have been a 532. I think Leao and Puli saw it. puli directed Calabria wide dragging the CB simultaneously as Leao made his run.

Fantastic analysis! Just subscribed:) 👍

Mr. Sergio is the one Milan needs to start the rising era.
Hopefully the amazing start in this new year will be consistent.
Impressive! Thank you for the analysis... You got a new subscriber! Keep it up! Hi from Italy!

Fantastic analysis . One of the best I’ve watched
Good analysis but I must say a lot of these things still come from Pioli era... nevertheless, I do think Coinceicao will be great for Milan.
Big up hajj
Thank you for showing such new insights. Great game and Forza Milan

Well analysed, Calabria run to open that defense win the game

@rijeka8 what do you mean by "such a big club" ?! ac milan nowdays is mediocre team, midtable team, forget about maldini kaka sheva milan...

@@josephakinrele7975 yeah but Milan 2025 level is NOT Milan 2000s level, so get over it

Are you inter fan?
The calabria s move is called by pulisic, he says to calabria what to do.
the trophy belongs to fonseca, they won with his tactics!

Like sommer was just relaxing...
Ç = SS
No brother. Without calhangolu inter has literally no midfield.
We don't care

It was Hakan injury that changed the game
Have you even watched the match bro? Inter scored two goals after Hakan got subbed.
@@AdiRoy-b4m hahah
Hakan was playing in Sept too but Milan beat Inter then too.
How about October beating last year was Hakan injured? Please get another excuse
No man there were 3 goals that fucked inter, not turkman
Destroyed?? Ac Milan got lucky that Inter missed so many opportunities. A 90th minute winning goal is not destroying an opponent. AC Milan got outplayed but Inter got ooutscored.
destroyed is saying too much, but Milan was definitely a better team in that game.
milan missed opportunites too, stop being salty.
U are not a clow u are the entire circus
They made 8 shots on target each so wt are u smoking,
Milan were the better team you tool.
Destroy Inter??? CHILL OUT BRO, game ended 3-2, one goal different only. 😂😂😂
