I saw Jon Anderson back in May 2023 in NYC when he performed with the Band Geeks. The show was astounding beyond words. It was a wonderfully memorable evening of masterpiece after masterpiece. He and the other musicians were incredible. Yet, judging from this video, if this is even possible, Jon's singing and voice went to a greater level of mastery between then and this July performance with the Paul Rock Academy. The man leaves me awestruck! To me, he is YES.
One of the greatest gigs I've been too - first saw Yes and Jon, separately, in 1980 and quite a few times after until 2004... This version of Close to the Edge was sublime.... Yours is No Disgrace, Your Move, Perpetual Change & South Side stood out as well
I saw Jon and these youngsters in the Netherlands. And what a treat it was. Not just all the yes songs , but al lot more. Like zappa, jon’s solo stuff and a mash of Kashmir and don’t kill the whale. 3 hours of pleasure

Fun watching all of these songs, thanks. - Jon's vocal at 12:00 is intense!

I see myself standing up to let someone into their seat there at the start 🤣 what an incredible night it was!
Great Videos and Jon's vocals sound so good. Are you going to post more videos from the gig, would love to see them.
