Should you buy? Comparing Load Handler LH3000 to Harbor Freight Truck Unloader

- Side by side comparison of these two units. One is $219 the other is $45 at time of filming. Is it worth 5 times more for better quality here?
I thought about one too but I use garbage bins, fill them up, in the pick up bed, easy to dump out. Will be interesting to see how the HF one works.

I I’ve thought about getting one of these. Mostly to easily bring mulch or small boulders for water features to the tailgate without constantly climbing in and out of the truck.
For the money you can’t go wrong with the harbor freight one…. I have had about a dozen of the load handlers over the years no doubt they work well. They can move a yard of any material and 2 yards of lighter stuff like mulch and grass/leaves. For unloading about a yard of grass clippings I have to take away mowing each day they are great. Also good for small mulch jobs you can place 2 wheelbarrows across the back of tailgate and crank fill them right up in 5 seconds.
Well, you forgot to give us an answer. Which one?
Never had HF, but been using load handlers for close to 25 years. I suspect the HF fabric won't hold up very well. Got my first one for 35 dollars at a garage sale. I take loads of steel to the shredder, garden soil, firewood, mulch. It will muscle out 1400 + pounds. The plastic will break after a few years. I picked up the LH3000 at flea market for 50 bucks , never been used. Doesn't it have a solid bar going through it, where the rest are hollow.
Any ideas where one might find a new cargo unloading handle???

Have a tractor with front end loader and have hauled and unloaded 13 full loads of dirt in a Short Bed Pickup…
Takes some effort to get the dirt moving but it Works!!!

@@barebooger Sorry there are not videos of them side by side... These basically work the same... It's just the longevity that is the difference. I was just saying I had videos where I unload materials with one
