Thank va so much man! Like you, I'm a qualified general surgeon from Europe and I can't mention that important issue often enough to students and young doctors. And even if a surgeon or internal doctor is qualified and experienced, it's useful from time toi time to become aware of each and every step of the cascade.... I absolutely agree that we as surgeons have to become and to stay as "masters of the bleeding" and like pilots during take of and touch down we as clinicians have (always) control. It's absolutely necessary to understand what happens if this cascade is out of order and what to do next step by step. You can keep cool and workout the problem step by step as long you understand what you do! Forget everything you might have studied at Medical School and welcome to life in the hospital. You will make it und ya become the more addicted to it the more you got it!

    Great video!
Could you cover how to present surgical patients on rounds? What information do surgeons want to know, what is less important etc?

lakewaterlapping sounds good, I like that idea, can call it roundsmanship in surgery”, what other non-textbook talks would be good?
