Holy Spirit has commanded us to release these prophetic, intercessory prayers, and we ask that those who have eyes to see, and ears to hear, to come into agreement with this prayer, for it is written in Matthew 18, verse 20, where two or more are gathered together in My name, there am I in the midst of them.
