The example sentences are amazing but I have to say I was little bit confused at the beginning by stating that the pattern is V得A and then majority of your sentences was V得很A (or with any other degree word like 不 etc). Since it was a new grammar point for me I thought that the 得 takes over the functionality of the word 很 and thus 很 is not used in this type of sentence - at least that's what I thought that the pattern V得A initially implied. Also there are some spots in the video where 很 was indeed not used so I would appreciate it if anyone could offer a deeper explanation. 2:05 - here I guess it's some kind of comparasion so 很 is not needed, however at 5:32 I have no idea why 很 is omitted.
It's because of 好. People use V得好 to indicate the subject is able to V sometimes, so 很 is usually necessary to distinct the V well meaning. But people don't use VOV得好 this way, so 很 is not necessary in this pattern

When you have an OBJECT (e.g. 汉语) then you need to repeat the verb (e.g. 说): 他说汉语说得很好。
