Appliances, sizes, prices! Sounds like a Preston rap! Thanks for showing the options available. One thing to consider on why not to get that fridge with water dispensers and auto ice makers: quality of the water coming in through the pipers. The filter cost itself is outrageous nowadays. Perhaps a separate water dispenser with hot and cold features may be a safer way to go (just get the home delivery - 5 gal filtered water). There are also those portable ice makers. As much I like the double door fridge/freezers, I find that there is not enough room for large items on the fridge side, esp. like large party portion sizes. Perhaps go with a separate single fridge and stand-up freezer. I went with those front loader washers when they first came out, but I found myself going back to old school style/with agitator/top loading because the front loaders just spun the clothes around and did not really get the clothes cleaned. Clothes smell fresher and stays fresher esp. towel when they are sun dried. While living in AZ, my jeans got dried and stiffened in 10 min! Exciting to see which appliances you guys finally decide to bring home or......get fan votes to decide?
Also, dont be like some of those folks who build a house there and have different AC units in a new house. I saw a few with split type in few rooms, then other rooms have those ghetto looking ones that you see in the states where they put in the window, but they mount it in the wall in the philippines. Go all split type. Also there are nice newer split types where its ceiling mount so you dont have that big contraption ont he wall. There are even multiple room split type, where one condenser runs 3 or even more rooms that are still controlled independantly, so at least outside where the compressor is at, its only 1, instead of 1 per each room--which also looks a little ghetto. Do it right the first time bruh.
dang bruh, appliances suck there. They are expensive but are inferior compared to the USA. 75-85" smart TVs are already going into the $900 range. Those fridges and ranges are ugly and why do you need to fill a container with water? Is there no water line to connect with the house line so its always there. You figure appliances and tvs would be cheaper since the philippines is closer to China where all that stuff is made. No wonder all the vlogs I see of new homes in the philippines, even ones built by those from the USA with decent money, the kitchen is always UGLY AF, because the really nice appliances are super expensive. Where are the GE Cafe or monogram series, or viking, thermadore. For the price of those LG fridges which are overpriced there, you are already creeping up to the Cafe line of fridges. You should quote for commercial built in fridge like the baller houses have in the states. might be the same price as those overpriced LG ones

You should buy the one with dryer because of rainy season towels n socks should be dried at once😊
House appliances in the Philippines are much expensive than the US and fewer options too..
It's due to Philippines high importation tax. Manila has more selections and probably a little bit cheaper.
