I was watching your video on the water pump and decided to tear mine down as opposed to replace, I still have a little drip though. I'm wondering if I should have purchased the CNH packing material. Also has a weird low pitch squeak. Might try and tighten up the packing a little more as I was not sure were to set it to begin with.

You could try tightening it, or add another row of packing to take up more space. I don't lose a drop with mine.
