HI Jason, Your video did not state how to configure a standby directory connector. can you briefly descirbe how to configure a standby directory connector, how do Webex cloud know which DC server is primary and which DC server is secondary?

If I have flex license for 80 users those user will have Cisco Webex license bulletin?(80 will be upgraded users from my previous license UCL license enhanced ) 3. If the flex license comes in place the Cisco Jabber will persist?
Hi Prashil. I am afraid the dCloud session is no longer available since this video was from two years ago. The Webex solution has changed quite a bit since then. If you have a CCO ID, you can log into dCloud yourself and see what sessions are available currently.
