Yes, this would be Edge for Device (or whatever Cisco changed the name to now) anyhow, its described in this video a bit more: ua-cam.com/video/KzklR87dctM/v-deo.html And here ua-cam.com/video/UJMwZVszLv0/v-deo.html

Hello I have read about ucm cloud and cisco WebEx calling and I Would like to know these solutions are going to be managed directly by Cisco employes? If they are going to do that what are going to do all Cisco collaboration engeneer?
UCM cloud and Webex calling are both managed by Cisco today but typically sold by partners. Something like HCS is not but managed by a service provider instead. Customers will still have full access to the solutions to make changes, migrations, work the dial plan etc. Its a great time to be a. collaboration engineer because of the shift to the cloud.
@@TheTechCatalyst I don't get it if Cisco Will make all the configuration that the client needs what are going to do the collaboration engeneer? On-premises services makes that the business need a collaboration engeneer but with cloud i don't see it
@@moisesrangel7356 the software runs in the cloud and Cisco supports that. Customers are still responsible for configuring it which is an engineer's job.
Thanks for the feedback. Any topics specifically? It's difficult to cover all details in a single video as there is a lot to Control Hub. This is intended as an overview for those new to Control Hub overall.
Do you find the Control Hub fairly easy to use?
Excellent video.
Will look at the other videos on this topic as they become available.
Glad it was helpful!
Thank you for the Demo
Great overview. I would like to hear about the Webex Licensing Model. With Meeting and flex Licensing.
Best Regards from Germany
Good idea! I'll see what I can do!
Is it possible to have a device registered to Control Hub using WebRTC(Hybrid Services) AND SIP/H323 calling via a VCS?

What is the difference between standalone site administration and CI Control Hub.. Could you please tell me that
Control Hub is the new admin method. You will want to talk with your account team about moving toward Control Hub for more features and reports.
Is there a way to export messenger chats?
Does WebEx support Voice to Text
