It would be more accurate to say only grabs and deflection boyyo.

Possibly, but either way is still perfectly understandable. People have called the grabs "throws" beforehand (Throws was also used in B1, along with grab), so it's either or. It doesn't matter truly, as people should've understood what I meant. Albeit, I'll take your words into consideration for future events.
