Your dad just said something my dad always said, if I didn't have bad luck, I wouldn't have any luck at all ... As I wipe away a tear ... Hug your dad for me ...
I love how family oriented you are. The circle of life. Your dad took care of you now you’re taking care of your dad. That is awesome!!! I hope and pray that God continues to bless you, your family and your business.
daddy has a good crew.glad to see you ,ricky an you dad fishin.wish i could fish with mine..sadie an sarah look great.yall be safe an carful.another great vid capt..godbless..
Thanks for watching. Sorry to hear your dad passed, I’m sure you have some good memories together. Hopefully some fishing ones, those are most of what mine are with my dad
Awesome Nick! Dads will always be Dads! Lol. Cherish these moments with Dad. For me it was time on the golf course with Dad. He passed away 2 1/2 years ago and haven't been on the course since. God bless you and your family Nick.
You can tell who the back water guide is!! Big brother is slaying the snook! You know your eating good when snook is last on the list of keeper fish. Love watching you guys fish together. So small We call it a sneak!!😂😂
Hey Capt. Nick watching you with your family is really cool, then you with your family at home..... that's treasure my man. Videos are amazing Capt. Editor(lol) keep up this amazing work and come on folks lets get this guy where he belongs in the million club. Share the videos with your friends it's good family fun!!! StanzFam should have the gold by now
Well...Sarah is the Star of this your videos for sure. She is such a cutie. Congratulations to your Dad on that monster Snook and you and your Brother too. Great show!!!
I'm a freshwater guy so I didn't even know you could eat a snook. I've always seen them released so I figured there was better eating stuff out there. Inspirational, educational, generational. It's all there. Two thumbs up 👍 👍
They have rlly strict regulations so a lot of people don’t/can’t keep them. I fish mainly inshore and I’ve never kept one but wouldn’t be against giving it a try
Love the videos, would love if you did a bit of a watered down video on what you use such as reels, rods, hook size and some stuff like that included in your videos.
Man! That was a huge snook for your area! You have a wonderful family! I love your channel and your spirit! Glad your Dad got the 🏆! I would love to meet you one day and maybe go after a big snook with you! I used to catch them that size on the Caloosahatchee between Moore Haven and Labelle. Great Job!
Thanks for watching! My brother is the backcountry fisherman between us, I just go along for the ride occasionally. Maybe we’ll see you at the marina one day. Tight lines
StanzFam I like the blue water fishing as well but inshore fishing is just more accessible and a little less expensive! Ha ha! Wahoo is my favorite deep water trolling species because of how good they taste! Don’t change a thing on your channel. You are killin it!
I loved the story about the snook. Made me think about the one my mom caught off of the dock behind her house 40-50 years ago. She knew nothing about fishing and often watched my dad fishing off of the dock, becoming very frustrated when the snook, stacking up just below the surface. wouldn't even sniff at a shrimp that he was using for bait. Late one morning, around 2 am, my mother was in the kitchen getting a drink of water and came across a big cockroach scurrying around. She was able to capture it under a glass, put it on the hook on my dad's rod, and throw it into the water above the snook. Right away she hooked a big snook, bdidn't
What's up nick family time bro i like it nice to see you with your brother and father great job nick when i first saw your video i say to myself this guy is great love you nick the bean Jamaican Mike and the rest of your family saint Lucia rasta man peace out
I really enjoyed the family fishing trip. How time can change our roles in life. I could hardly watch Sarah frying in a grilling pan. You will get a surprise tomorrow via UPS @ Bud & Mary's delivery. You're Alabama Friend.
Snook is my favorite fish to catch & eat, I even have a glass artist carving of one crafted from a friend, grilled is the best way to cook Snook, I have tried fried and it is okay too.
Hey man snook is damn good if you cook it up like you did in an iron frying pan with a light breading in oil and butter and nothing else! It's a great eating fish that a lot of people miss out on bc of the season and thinking they are only catch and release. But they eat as good as any other fish!!!😎👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Such a treat to see y'all together. Family is so Important. Our family of 13 siblings moved from Ohio to Miami In 1960 several months after I was born. Old Miami was the best. Riding our bikes to Parrot Jungle, and fishing at the Lock. Monster snook would come back there from Snapper Creek Channel. Dr Haas and the Serpentarium, and little league baseball at Sunniland Park, kicked out of Palmetto in High School. What 🤔, it was called HIGH school for a reason 😂. The Seed saved my life in 1975, well Jesus did, but the Seed helped. I lost several friends on the road to the) Keys back then when it was just two lanes. My they be at Peace. Love you sharing your family with us all. Be Excellent with each other. Time is short. 🙏
Love your channel and watching you put your clients on the fish. My trips to the humps have been fun but nothing like yours. Just curious how did you end up in 1600 feet and your brother end up bayside. I hope when I am down in the spring I can find a few spots in the bay in case the winds don't cooperate. Maybe if timing is right my family can book a day with you or your brother. Would love to meet ya'll
Thanks for watching! I guess the ocean wasn’t big enough for both of us to fish the same side. I always just enjoyed fishing offshore and he started fishing a little later in life and took more of a liking to the backcountry. Hopefully we’ll see you down here. My schedule is tough with the new baby on the way but I’m running a few trips still
@@StanzFam and I can definitely hook you up with some excellent in the city bass fishing. They are smashing the top water right now and a 10+ pound fish is always a possibility. C'mon up ...✌️😎✌️
My favorite fish to eat. Just how you all cooked it but add some fresh Parmesan cheese to the bread crumbs and you are eaten! My biggest is 41 1/2, 25 to 30lbs
She was a monster definitely a fish of a lifetime hard to believe it was 19 years ago. That really makes me feel old. I will send you a DM on instantagram on what I used. Maybe your brother can give it a try im curious if it will work as well down there as it does in the Tampa bay area
Once you get cast iron hot turn the fire to low. The whole pan will be the same temp is what makes it so great. Never cook on high using cast iron, it will stick on high and you don't need it..
I really like the new DX model! I’ve been using solely Penn the past couple years and have been really happy with them. Spin fisher is a great reel too
@@StanzFam thank you so much for your feedback really appreciate that you took time to answer. Have a great rest of the day and keep up the great work!

Alton Brown has a salt crusted stripper recipe. It works well with Snook. Works with Snapper and Grouper as well. Tight lines.
Cool, I’ll try to find it. thanks
It would be nice if I could get there to try some stone crab! Oh well, maybe if I could hit the lottery.
So the Stanczyk family gets their snook by hook (no crook).😜
