I am 43 years old, but in my mind I'm 30! Here what I eat in a typical day along with my daily routine of skin care, vitamins, supplements, and toothpaste.

I LOVE that you feed your daughter what you eat. My 3 year old and 10 month old eat what I eat - keto, whole food, clean. My 6 year old I am still trying to convert.

For your face, I highly recommend Norwex face & body cloths. You just use water & the cloth, no cleanser needed. Living in Florida, you need a good sunblock so all the things you do for your skin don’t go to waste! Mineral sunscreen is best if you have sensitive skin! I’m sure thrive market has excellent options, but I’m really loving the Pipette mineral broad spectrum spf 50. It’s non nano, reef safe, fragrance free, and no white cast.
With all these healthy eats, will be long life indeed👍. Wish I can meticulously follow all these good information. My mind can't 😄

I wish I could afford to eat the best and get the best. Literally bought one bag full at whole foods for 100$. The healthier the more expensive.
Become a Whole Foods member. Get the sales and shop those from week to week. It’s cheaper than our regular market. It can be done. Walmart even carries organic, Aldi & Target. You can afford to do this. You don’t need to buy all the products featured in this video. Look for simple healthy recipes. ☺️
I definitely cannot afford all these super healthy products however I take all this excellent information Bobby offers and apply it to my frugal shopping and am able to get the best bang for my low income bucks 👍
Remember that there are other options like Aldi, also depending where you live the store Grocery Outlet has great prices on organic groceries and beauty products and also Costo has good prices on many organic foods. You can make your own probiotic by making sourkraut.
Try other stores too. Aldi, Marianos , and some groceries carry organic foods. I think Whole Foods is tooooo expensive!!
Maybe if we can't always afford the best of the best ,if we have the space we could grow organic foods . It would be trial and error but worth it. Sometimes you can find organic food at farmers Markets supporting local farms at good prices . Sometimes there's good deals with free range eggs too. We just gotta do the best we can in a world full of cheap junk foods and expensive healthy food choices. I totally agree with you.
I love the way Rose eats all of this healthy food. Look out though when she gets older and her friends are eating Hot Dogs, chips and drinking soda.

It’ll hold for a little while. When my daughter was 3 and went to preschool, she came home after the first day and and in a dramatic, horrified voice declared, “They tried to give me KOOL-AID to drink!!” LOL
yea she will be drinking maple syrup and eating a pound of butter..
I didn't feed my son hot dogs as a young kiddo and he still hates them. They gross him out. He'd rather have some scallops or other fresh fish. I'm not as perfect as bobby but I have always pushed healthy foods and my kids eat so well at 9 and 6. However... They will never turn down a dessert! I wonder if I withheld sugar too much and now they crave it 😣
Love the Acure face wash (the yellow one, brightening I think it’s called) and the brightening scrub. Also, love the Josh Rosebrook brand. They have great ingredients!
We are entering a new ERA✨💖 where we teach our children to eat consciously. I was raised in Latino, South west of Chicago, 26th south Lawndale. I recall shopping in the 80’s in north side with my parents @ Foodworks as our first Heath food store then shortly after came the first Wholefooods ...I recall the discount member ship. Yup, I’m 50 and still going strong. Flight attendants for AA 22 years! Thanks to my folks in CHITOWN still eating 💖 health! ~ I reside in upstate NY .... love the higher vibrational heathy life style! I always use Dr. Bronners peppermint Castile soap as a facial cleanser!! I mix a 1:1 ratio with water in a foam bottle! It’s amazing!

I guess you are only as healthy as what you can afford. I would like to see a video for people on a low budget.
Bobby does Aldi videos, super good prices. But it's really tough right now. I'm eating more eggs tuna and frozen produce as the nutrition is very good but cheaper than meat and fresh produce. If you are struggling, seek local food banks. I have not spent a single $ eating out in 2 yrs, make my own pizza and snacks. In fact, if you do intermittent fasting, you'll reduce food consumption and eliminate snacks entirely. Off course, that's a personal choice.
@@katydidiy thank you kathy, good advice. I do make all my own meals as well except for eating out about twice a month. Soup saves the day for me, I can make a big batch of nutritious soup and eat it for lunch for a week.

Bobby you might like to try Badger facial products especially the rose sample kit with cleansing milk, facial spray and facial oil. (I have no affiliation). Great as a travel kit. Last a long time and really clean ingredients - smells heavenly. If you use spray then oil it "traps" the moisture in. Not greasy ultimatelt but as with any facial oil you need to be patient and let it sink in over time. Really makes skin soft and glowy.
cerave is a miles better upgrade from cetaphil! and you need a moisturizer, oils don’t technically moisturize.

I just purchased all c powders by bulk and making my own vitamin c powder mix. Pure,clean,organic and cost is a fraction what I would pay per bottle. I got acerola cherry, amla,camu camu and maqui. DIY and save money!

Your girl rose eats good. Personally bobby I use a dry brush on my face and then a scrub brush with water. No cleaners for me. I use a little vitamin e if my face is extremely dry. I love the rose water toners.
It's wonderful how you are exposing Rosie to all kids of healthy foods! I'm thinking a baby/children's recipe book in the works?
She eats what her parents eat. They don't believe in baby food/kid food
Some things though she should eat different, based on pediatrician recommendations: do not give kids non-third party tested supplements, and she definitely needs more carbs than what is shown in this video
Rose really wanted those healthy drinks!! She was like "gimmie gimmie!" 🤣 It's awesome you're raising her on food that has zero chemicals and preservatives. My parents fed me an organic diet when I was a baby/toddler, and I was eating Burger King by the time I was 25 😕 Hope she's still eating clean as an adult! I have a feeling she will 😉
