one reason for MAYBE take the fusil major on ogre, the assassin or cogsmith is the fact that can be taken in another hero regiment, to have more than 5 heroes for orders
Interesting analysis, I enjoed it a lot. A couple of thoughts: 1) 3D6 charge is massive to stop opponent battle tactics, while being a good help with yours. Take the +1 battle trait, give it to a mage as selected spell for the additional +1 and you can cast it in your opponent turn at 6+. Having cavaliers and the cav-marshal is a 3D6 charge +1". 2) Fusiliers are great in my opinion. A block of 20 does 6-7 damage on base stat on a 4+ Armor save. With master of Balistics is about 12 and put them in the general regiment for +1/+1 they do 18/19!!! That is insane for a shooting unit at 240 point. You can have them on 21" range and fortified with a forge mage next to them they are basically a 2+ save. I mean.. they will get nerfed. 3) In the video you spoke multiple times about bringing a lot of mages. Setting a part if that is a good strategy or not isn't that just not an option? You can't put them in regiments, you can bring max 5.
@@sebastianbecker2689 they get +1/+1 from the honor guard. I realized now that you can't get more than +1 for every characteristic. But still 12 damage a pop aren't bed.
This army have too much useless units and costed way way way over the top. -enginer:useless warscroll that must cost 60 less -gyrocopter and bomber again 100 points overcosted -irondrakes 40 points overcosted(4'4 damage for 150 when other armys as idoneths reavers have 7 damage for 130) -ironbreakers must cost 100,just compare to longbeards,for 10 less points have same stats but have +1 rend and only 1 worse ward WHEN you use the order,so without order the longbeards are ironbreakers with +1 rend and a buff to control and cost less. -black dragon on both version 50 points overcosted. -elfs charriots 60 points overcosted. -pirates elfs 20 overcosted -human cavalry 40 overcosted -stellhelms 20 over -zelestra 100 over -fusiler on ogre 50 over -marshall on foot 40 over -gryfons both versions 50 over -kharybdiss is useless now 50 over -hydra is cool but 50 overcosted -big cannon again 50 over -hurricanum and luminark 100 over This army have very good units as hammerers,darkahards,fusilers but the 80% of the scrolls are crap overcosted

The command reroll happens AFTER you roll your charge ;)
You are correct! The first roll happens when you declare a charge, then you can issue the command to reroll.

You can't target same unit with Elemental lightning, so wizard spam list not an option

You target unit A and then unit B gets slapped by spread mortals then you inverse that on the next cast
Executioners with +1A are 10 mortals in the Charge for 140 Points.
They do 14.21 DMG against a 3+ Save.
I’m not sure why they liked dark shards more than executioners when executioners do the same amount of damage but more accurately?

Why put the Fusiliers in the generals regiment? I don't get it.

I think you need to re compare Cavaliers and drakespawn. Drskespawn out kill Cavaliers by a long way.
