Were you checking the HDMI port pins with a multimeters measurement or you just use the multimeter knobs to check that I did my part pants to make sure those are solid I’m kind of confused. Please card thank you.
When I was checking that they were solid that is me checking that they are soldered properly and not loose on top of the pad, I used my tweezers to do that, not the multimeter prongs. I use the multimeter prongs to ensure no bridges (a bridge is when you have solder between 2 pins next to each other) between pins, which can cause a short. Hope this helps.

I am using the Sony A7 II with the stock lens. I used to stream, used to use that as a face can, but now using it for repair videos. I hope this helps.

No, unfortunately, if the HDMI port is loose, the console needs to be taken apart to either resolder the same port if the port is still usable; if it's no longer usable, it would need to be replaced. It needs to be open as the HDMI port needs to be soldered on.
I have a ps4 slim that when I jiggled the cord the tv would go either black or to a screen that says “no signal.” sometimes it would be fine, But then my bro-in-law tried taking it apart on July 12th because he’s kind of a repair person, but I think he made it worse because now nothing happens when I jiggle the cord, now my dad has it taken apart on July 13th and he kinda got the HDMI port out but the pins that are soldered in are still there. my issue is with the pins... I added flux but flux did nothing and the pins were all stuck together... What kind of flux and iron don you use for this kind of job?
So your best friend is flux and good leaded solder and a good hot iron. I have all equipment and consumables I use in the description below.

If you are using leaded-free solder, that could potentially be your issue. Leaded-free solder takes twice the heat to melt.

I honestly couldn't confirm that as I have never sent one to them, but I've heard from customers between $250 and $300 if they don't have a warranty. Also, a waiting period of 4 to 6 weeks no matter if you have a warranty or not. Now, again this is what has been told to me, I have not gone through the Sony repair center.

No problem, hot glue is not recommended when soldering an HDMI port or any component on a motherboard. Use the proper material like solder with a hot iron or hot air station.

Well, it gets pushed back when users are rough with them. The best option is to get the HDMI port replaced as certain pins could have been detached. They typically have a metal bracket up top that holds the black section to stay in place.
